Abstract

A spring-loaded fixed tray includes a spring-loaded buckle assembly and a tray body. The spring-loaded buckle assembly includes a fixed base and a spring-loaded fastener. The fixed base is fixed to a frame, and the spring-loaded fastener is elastically connected to the fixed base. The tray body extends from a first end along a first direction to a second end. The second end has a buckling recess along a second direction opposite to the first direction. The buckling recess has two side guide protrusions along a third direction perpendicular to either the first or second direction. When the tray body is installed on the frame along the first direction, the buckling recess extends between the fixed base and the spring-loaded fastener, causing the spring-loaded fastener to be pushed away from the fixed base by the two side guide protrusions. After the two side guide protrusions pass, the spring-loaded fastener elastically returns to its original position and locks the buckling recess in place.

Claims

1. A spring-loaded fixed tray, comprising: a spring-loaded buckle assembly including a fixing base and a spring-loaded fastener, the fixing base being fixed to a frame, and the spring-loaded fastener being elastically connected to the fixing base; and a tray body extending from a first end along a first direction to a second end, the second end having a buckling recess along a second direction opposite to the first direction, the buckling recess having two side guide protrusions protruding along a third direction perpendicular to either the first direction or the second direction; wherein... By having one of the protrusions of the frame abut against the tray body, the snap-fit recess is aligned with the elastic snap-fit assembly. When the tray body is installed on the frame along the first direction, the snap-fit recess extends between the fixing seat and the elastic fastener. The elastic fastener is then pushed away from the fixing seat by the two side guide protrusions. After the two side guide protrusions pass, the elastic fastener elastically returns to its original position and locks the snap-fit recess in place.

2. The spring-loaded fixed tray as described in claim 1, wherein, The resilient fastener further comprises: a fastener seat disposed within the fixed seat and having a connecting post extending through the fixed seat; a spring disposed between the fastener seat and the fixed seat; and a fastener body fixed to the connecting post outside the fixed seat.

3. The spring-loaded fixed tray as described in claim 2, wherein, The fixing base has a receiving groove and an opening that are interconnected. The fastener seat is movably disposed in the receiving groove along the third direction, and the connecting post is inserted through the opening. The spring is disposed in the receiving groove and is used to elastically push against the fastener seat, so that the fastener body can be elastically returned to the outside of the fixing base along the third direction.

4. The spring-loaded fixed tray as described in claim 3, wherein, The fastener seat further includes a column portion and a disc portion. The column portion extends along the third direction, and the disc portion is integrally connected to one side of the column portion. The connecting post extends from the other side of the column portion relative to the disc portion along the third direction. The diameter of the disc portion is larger than the diameter of the column portion, and the diameter of the column portion is larger than the diameter of the connecting post. The spring is sleeved on the column portion and abuts against the disc portion and the receiving groove.

5. The spring-loaded fixed tray as described in claim 3, wherein, The fastener body has a first cylindrical part, a conical part and a second cylindrical part in sequence along the third direction. The first cylindrical part abuts against the opening. The conical part has a conical surface that gradually narrows from the circumference of the second cylindrical part to the circumference of the first cylindrical part.

6. The spring-loaded fixed tray as described in claim 1, wherein, This tray system is an M.2 adapter card tray, used for mounting and fixing an M.2 adapter card.
