Abstract
Claims
1. A depolymerization device for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics, comprising: At least one reaction chamber; At least one reaction tank is placed in the at least one reaction chamber, and the tank body of the at least one reaction tank has multiple perforations; a feed pipe is fluidly connected to the feed inlet of the at least one reaction chamber; and a discharge pipe is fluidly connected to the discharge outlet of the at least one reaction chamber, wherein the at least one reaction chamber includes multiple reaction chambers, the at least one reaction tank includes multiple reaction tanks, the multiple reaction tanks are respectively placed in the multiple reaction chambers, and the multiple reaction chambers are connected in parallel between the feed pipe and the discharge pipe, wherein the at least one reaction chamber is equipped with a reflux pipe, the reflux pipe is directly fluidly connected to the feed inlet and the discharge outlet, and wherein the depolymerization liquid flows into the at least one reaction chamber through the feed pipe and the feed inlet, and the depolymerization liquid includes ethylene glycol, diethyl terephthalate, and a catalyst.
2. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aperture of the plurality of perforations is from 0.1 mm to 10 mm.
3. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the reaction tank includes stainless steel.
4. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as described in claim 1 further includes a heater disposed in the feed pipe.
5. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as described in claim 1 further includes a cooler disposed in the discharge pipe.
6. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the depolymerization products flow out of the at least one reaction chamber through the discharge port and enter the return pipe or the discharge pipe.
7. The depolymerization apparatus for polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester and cotton fiber blended fabrics comprise polyethylene terephthalate and cotton fibers.
