Abstract

A square-hole strip reinforced rack assembly includes a rack and two reinforcing components for assembly. The rack has a plurality of rack assembly channels. The rack has two square-hole strips with assembly grooves adjacent to the strips, and the strips have a plurality of square holes. The reinforcing components are fitted and fixed into the assembly grooves corresponding to the square-hole strips, and include bent brackets and square posts. The bent brackets have a plurality of bracket through-holes corresponding to the square holes, and have a protruding side and a recessed side, with the protruding side for fitting and fixing into the assembly groove. The square posts are fitted and fixed into the recessed side, and have nut channels. A plurality of square post through-holes are formed corresponding to the bracket through-holes, and the nut channels accommodate a plurality of nuts, allowing a plurality of screws to pass sequentially through the rack assembly channels, square holes, bracket through-holes, and square post through-holes, and then be locked to the nuts.

Claims

1. A square-hole strip reinforced rack assembly for assembling at least one chassis, wherein the chassis has a plurality of chassis assembly channels on both sides, the square-hole strip reinforced rack assembly comprising: a rack having two square-hole strips disposed opposite to each other, two assembly grooves being provided adjacent to the square-hole strips, and the square-hole strips having a plurality of square holes for aligning the chassis assembly channels; and two reinforcing components, respectively fitted and fixed into the assembly grooves corresponding to the square-hole strips, for reinforcing the square-hole strips, thereby suppressing deformation of the square-hole strips when the chassis is assembled into the rack, each of the reinforcing components comprising: A bent bracket has a plurality of bracket through holes aligned with the square holes, and has a protruding side and a recessed side formed by bending, the protruding side being used to fit and fix it to the assembly groove; and a square post is fitted and fixed to the recessed side, and has a nut channel, with a plurality of square post through holes corresponding to the bracket through holes and communicating with the nut channel, the nut channel being used to accommodate a plurality of nuts, so that a plurality of screws can be sequentially passed through the chassis assembly channels, the square holes, the bracket through holes and the square post through holes and then locked to the nuts.

2. The square-hole strip reinforced cabinet assembly as described in claim 1, wherein, These nuts are floating nuts, which are used to slide in the nut channel to the through holes of the square posts, so that the screws can be locked in place.

3. The square-hole strip reinforced cabinet assembly as described in claim 1, wherein, The bending bracket includes: a first plate for abutting against the square hole strip and having the bracket through holes; a second plate that bends out from the first plate; and a third plate that bends out from the second plate relative to the first plate; wherein the first plate, the second plate, and the third plate together form the protruding side and the recessed side.

4. The square-hole strip reinforced cabinet assembly as described in claim 3, wherein, The bending bracket further includes a fourth plate that extends from the third plate relative to the second plate and is fixed to one of the upright side walls of the cabinet, the upright side wall being adjacent to the assembly groove.

5. The square-hole strip reinforced cabinet assembly as described in claim 4, wherein, The fourth plate system has a plurality of fixing holes for fixing the fourth plate to the side wall of the column.
