Abstract

A sliding mat and its exercise method are disclosed. The sliding mat includes a sliding area and a non-slip area surrounding the outer perimeter of the sliding area, allowing the sliding area to come to a slow stop, achieving a sliding motion without fixed directional restrictions. This provides users with comprehensive lower limb training and is suitable for use by the elderly for exercise and rehabilitation; general users for exercise and training; and extreme users for high-intensity exercise and training. It can also be combined with music and rhythm to achieve training in different scenarios and intensities, offering versatility in exercise and training. It is suitable for all ages and combines the practicality of sliding sports with industrial applications.

Claims

1. A sliding mat, comprising: a sliding mat having a sliding area and an anti-slip area surrounding the outer periphery of the sliding area, forming a sliding mat without fixed sliding direction restriction, wherein the sliding area of the sliding mat has a plurality of sliding strokes of different straight lengths, and achieves a slow stopping effect by contacting the anti-slip area during sliding, thereby providing users with diverse exercise options and allowing adjustment of exercise intensity to meet different needs.

2. The sliding mat as described in claim 1, wherein, The sliding area is a block of any shape, including a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon with at least five sides.

3. The sliding mat as described in claim 1, wherein, The length of the straight line connected through the center of the sliding mat is different from the length of the straight line not connected through the center, and thus a plurality of different straight line lengths of sliding stroke are defined at the upper part of the sliding area.

4. The sliding mat as described in claim 1, wherein, The sliding mat has sliding areas with different sliding coefficients depending on the training intensity and the user's skill level. The sliding coefficient includes any one of the following specifications: 30%~50%, 50%~80%, and 80%~100%. The higher the sliding coefficient, the lower the friction of the sliding area.

5. The sliding mat as described in claim 1, wherein, The gliding area includes at least three types of gliding strokes: long straight, medium straight, and short straight. When the user performs a long straight gliding stroke in the gliding area, they obtain a high-intensity training mode; when they perform a medium straight gliding stroke in the gliding area, they obtain a medium-intensity training mode; and finally, when they perform a short straight gliding stroke in the gliding area, they obtain a low-intensity training mode.

6. A method of exercising on a sliding mat, comprising: a) preparing the sliding mat: placing a sliding mat on the ground and fixing it in a stable position to prevent slipping; the sliding mat includes a sliding area and an anti-slip area surrounding the perimeter of the sliding area; b) a user performing sliding training on the sliding mat: including using both feet or one foot to slide in the sliding area, and achieving the purpose of exercise training through different directions, speeds, rhythms and changes in movement.

7. The method of movement of the sliding mat as described in claim 6, wherein, The gliding training further includes: b1, basic gliding training: the user places one foot as the pivot foot on the non-slip area and the other foot as the active foot to glide in the gliding area, performing the movement in a reciprocating gliding motion to warm up and achieve the purpose of basic training; b2, advanced gliding training: the user glides with both feet or one foot, and combines it with changes in movements such as turning, crouching, core control and center of gravity transfer to enhance the training effect.

8. The method of moving the sliding mat as described in claim 6, wherein, The exercise method further includes: b3, single-leg gliding training: the user glides on one leg in the gliding area and strengthens the stability and coordination of single-leg gliding by alternating legs and shifting the center of gravity.

9. The method of moving the sliding mat as described in claim 6, wherein, This exercise method further includes: b4, rhythm and intensity adjustment training: guiding gliding movements through music rhythm or external instructions, and adjusting gliding speed, stride length or movement combination according to different rhythm changes to adapt to different training intensities and difficulties.
