Abstract
Claims
1. A PET polyester fiber monofilament water-repellent mesh, which is manufactured by sequentially performing the following steps: drawing out the monofilament, soaking, pressing, forming, and drying, wherein: The process of drawing out monofilaments involves melting PET plastic particles using a drawing machine, then stretching them into single and continuous monofilament yarns using the same machine. These monofilament yarns are then woven into a mesh using a warp-weft interlacing method, resulting in a mesh with numerous openings. The immersion process involves preparing an immersion tank filled with a water-repellent material solution. When the mesh is placed in the immersion tank and held for a period of time before being removed, each monofilament yarn of the mesh will have a water-repellent layer formed on its surface by being coated with the material solution. The pressure suction involves pressing the mesh over itself with a pressing element. When the mesh is placed into and removed from the soaking tank, the fluid disturbance of the material solution causes displacement of the monofilament yarns, or the adsorption force of the material solution causes the monofilament yarns to stick together, resulting in a tight mesh. Pressing the mesh over itself with the pressing element pushes the monofilament yarns back to their original position, allowing the mesh to return to the predetermined mesh size. The forming process uses a molding device to flatten the mesh. The drying process uses a dryer to remove excess moisture from the water-repellent layer, allowing it to adhere more tightly to the surface of the monofilament yarns and completing the production of the water-repellent mesh.
2. The PET polyester fiber monofilament water-repellent mesh as described in claim 1, wherein, The pressing element is a soft roller.
3. The PET polyester fiber monofilament water-repellent mesh as described in claim 1, wherein, The molding device is a rolling mill.
4. The PET polyester fiber monofilament water-repellent mesh as described in claim 1, wherein, The shaping device can also bend the mesh according to different needs during use.
