Abstract
Claims
1. An adapter tool, comprising: A body includes a drive end and a connecting end axially opposite to one of the adapter tools. The drive end is for connecting a drive tool. The body has a first connecting hole extending longitudinally toward the drive end along the axial direction and a second connecting hole communicating with the first connecting hole. The radial dimension of the first connecting hole is larger than the radial dimension of the second connecting hole. The second connecting hole extends longitudinally along the axial direction. The body has a first radial hole extending transversely along the axial direction and communicating with the first connecting hole on one side adjacent to the connecting end. An adapter is non-rotatably inserted into the first connecting hole. The adapter includes a through hole for a tool head to pass through. The adapter is also for connecting a screw hole member. A first locking member is movably received in the first radial hole. A pushing member. A first elastic member; and a sliding sleeve, fitted onto the body and movable between a locked position and a released position, wherein when the sliding sleeve is in the locked position, the sliding sleeve pushes the first locking member radially inwardly protruding from the first connecting hole and interfering with and locking the adapter; when the sliding sleeve is in the released position, the first locking member can retract radially and allow the adapter to disengage from the first connecting hole; wherein the first connecting hole has a non-circular first cross-sectional profile, the second connecting hole has a non-circular second cross-sectional profile, the through hole has a non-circular third cross-sectional profile, the second cross-sectional profile and the third cross-sectional profile have the same shape and are arranged coaxially, and when viewed along the axial direction, at least one geometric feature of the second cross-sectional profile corresponds to at least one geometric feature of the third cross-sectional profile; wherein the pushing member and the first elastic member are located axially between the body and the adapter; The pusher has a non-circular outer contour and is movably disposed in the first connection hole relative to the body along the axial direction. The first elastic member springs against the pusher and the body to make the pusher tend to move toward the adapter.
2. The adapter as claimed in claim 1, wherein both the second and third cross-sectional profiles are polygons, and when viewed along the axial direction, the edges of the second and third cross-sectional profiles are arranged opposite each other.
3. The adapter as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first cross-sectional profile, the second cross-sectional profile, and the third cross-sectional profile are all regular hexagons.
4. The adapter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer contour of the adapter is the same shape as the first cross-sectional contour, the first cross-sectional contour and the third cross-sectional contour are the same shape and coaxially arranged, and viewed along the axial direction, at least one geometric feature of the first cross-sectional contour corresponds to at least one geometric feature of the third cross-sectional contour.
5. The adapter tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in the axial direction, the length of one of the first connecting holes is not greater than the length of one of the second connecting holes.
6. The adapter tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adapter includes a threaded section for screwing the screw-hole member and a plug section inserted into the first connection hole, the plug section partially protruding from the first connection hole, and when the sleeve is in the locked position, the sleeve maintains a distance in the axial direction from one end face of the connecting end.
7. The adapter tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body is further provided with a second radial hole that radially communicates with the second connector and a second locking member that passes through the second radial hole, wherein when the tool head passes through the through hole into the second connector, the second locking member is radially pressed against the tool head.
8. The adapter tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein a stepped surface is provided between the first connector and the second connector, the first elastic member is abutting against the stepped surface and is a compression spring, and in the axial direction, one of the free lengths of the first elastic member is not less than 1 / 2 of the length of one of the first connectors.
9. The adapter tool as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first cross-sectional profile, the second cross-sectional profile, and the third cross-sectional profile are all regular hexagons, and when viewed along the axial direction, the edges of the second cross-sectional profile and the edges of the third cross-sectional profile coincide and are parallel to and opposite to the edges of the first cross-sectional profile, respectively; in the axial direction, the length of the first connecting hole is not greater than the length of one of the second connecting holes; the adapter includes a threaded section for screwing the screw-in member and a plug-in section inserted into the first connecting hole, the plug-in section partially protruding from the first connecting hole, and when the sliding sleeve is in the locked position, the sliding sleeve maintains a distance in the axial direction from one end face of the connecting end; the body is further provided with a second radial hole radially communicating with the second connecting hole and a second locking member passing through the second radial hole, when the tool head passes through the through hole into the first connecting hole... When the two holes are connected, the second locking member radially presses against the tool head; the pushing member includes a backing wall and a peripheral wall surrounding the backing wall, the backing wall has a sleeve opening for the tool head to pass through, one radial dimension of the sleeve opening is larger than one radial dimension of the through hole, and the peripheral wall has a regular hexagonal profile corresponding to the first cross-sectional profile; the first elastic member is a conical compression spring, one end of the first elastic member is fixed to the pushing member, and the other end is fixed to the body near the stepped surface; and the adapter tool further includes a second elastic member, a first limiting member and a second limiting member sleeved on the outer periphery of the body, the first limiting member is located on the side of the sliding sleeve near the connecting end and can interfere with and block the sliding sleeve in the axial direction, and the second elastic member springs against the sliding sleeve and the second limiting member to make the sliding sleeve shift toward the locking position.
