Abstract
Claims
1. A method for preparing a metal sheet sample, comprising: a preparatory step of preparing a metal sheet material made of a metallic material with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm, and an attachment block with a coefficient of thermal expansion that differs from that of the metallic material by less than 15% and a thickness greater than that of the metal sheet material, wherein, The metal sheet has two surfaces facing opposite sides and an outer rim connecting to the outer periphery of the surfaces; an attachment step, using a single-component curing adhesive, attaches one of the surfaces of the metal sheet to the substrate; a touch-up step, applying the curing adhesive to the outer rim of the metal sheet; a curing step, heating the metal sheet and the curing adhesive at a temperature of 80~180°C for more than 10 minutes to fix the metal sheet; and a thermal embedding step, placing the metal sheet and the substrate together into a thermal embedding machine, introducing a conductive embedding powder and heating for thermal embedding, so that the embedding powder forms a conductive portion covering the outer rim of the substrate and the metal sheet, to produce a metal sheet sample in which the surface of the metal sheet is exposed opposite to that of the substrate.
2. The method for preparing the metal sheet sample as described in claim 1, wherein, The component of this cured adhesive is ethyl α-cyanoacrylate.
3. The method for preparing the metal sheet sample as described in claim 1, wherein, The material attached to the block is metal.
4. The method for preparing a metal sheet sample as described in claim 1, wherein, The curing process includes a pre-baking sub-step at 150°C for 5 minutes and a low-temperature sub-step at 80°C for 5 to 30 minutes.
5. The method for preparing a metal sheet sample as described in claim 1, wherein, The hot embedding process is carried out in a temperature environment of 180~200℃.
6. The method for preparing a metal sheet sample as described in claim 5, wherein, In this hot embedding step, the embedding powder is resin powder.
7. The method for preparing a metal sheet sample as described in any one of claims 1 to 6 further includes a post-processing step following the thermal embedding step, wherein, The post-processing step involves grinding and polishing at least one of the following: exposing the surface of the metal sheet.
