Abstract
Claims
1. A carbon inventory management system, comprising: an activity data module storing a first inventory project, the first inventory project having a first project code and a first inventory list, the first inventory list being set based on a first inventory standard template, and the first inventory list having a plurality of first carbon emission data conforming to a first format; a project creation module signal-connected to the activity data module and having a plurality of inventory standard templates and a project creation interface, the project creation interface allowing a user to select one of the inventory standard templates to form a second inventory standard template, the project creation module creating a second inventory project based on the second inventory standard template, the second inventory project having a second project code and a second inventory list, the second inventory list being set according to the second inventory standard template; the project creation module outputting a specified project code; A standard conversion module is signal-connected to the active data module and the project establishment module. The standard conversion module receives the specified project code and transmits a capture instruction to the active data module, the capture instruction including the specified project code; wherein: When the activity data module determines that the designated project code matches the first project code, it transmits the first inventory list of the first inquiry project to the standard conversion module. The carbon inventory management system as described in claim 1, wherein the project establishment module sends a query instruction to the activity data module to query a project list, the project list including the first inventory project, and the user selects the first inventory project from the project list to obtain the first project code of the first inventory project, thereby forming the designated project code.

The carbon inventory management system as described in claim 6, wherein the standard conversion module forms a prompt word for at least one of the first carbon emission data whose importance score is lower than the predetermined score, and inputs the prompt word into a language model; the language model generates the exclusion reason text based on the prompt word.
8. The carbon inventory management system as described in claim 6, wherein when the language model generates the exclusion reason text, it also generates a confidence score. When the confidence score is less than a score threshold, the standard conversion module adds at least one of the corresponding second carbon emission data to a manual review queue module, sends a reminder message to the project creation module, and displays a reminder link in the project creation interface. The reminder link is used to guide the exclusion reason text of at least one of the second carbon emission data in the manual review queue module.

The carbon inventory management system as described in claim 8, wherein, When the exclusion reason text of at least one of the second carbon emission data in the manual review module is completed, the project creation module will import the corresponding at least one of the second carbon emission data into the second inventory list.
