Abstract

A ratchet tourniquet includes a tourniquet unit, a magnetic buckle unit, and a ratchet tightening unit. The tourniquet unit includes an upper webbing and a cord. The width of the cord is smaller than the width of the upper webbing. The magnetic buckle unit includes a first magnetic buckle and a second magnetic buckle. When the tourniquet unit is looped, the second magnetic buckle magnetically engages with the first magnetic buckle. The ratchet tightening unit includes a base unit, a ratchet pawl structure, a cable tray, and a knob. The base unit has a webbing channel for the upper webbing and two cord holes for the cord. The ratchet pawl structure allows the cable tray to rotate in a first direction and prevents it from rotating in a second direction. The knob is used to rotate the cable tray in the first direction to tighten the cord.

The elastic arm has a pawl that elastically engages with one of the ratchet teeth. The ratchet and pawl structure allows the cable reel to rotate in a first direction and prevents the cable reel from rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction. A knob is rotatably provided in the base unit and is used to drive the cable reel to rotate in the first direction and to wind the cord around the cable reel to tighten the cord. The tourniquet unit also includes a lower webbing arranged along the length direction on the back of the tourniquet unit and for fixing the back of the base unit. The cord is covered between the upper webbing and the lower webbing, and the lower webbing has an anti-slip structure.

2. The ratchet tourniquet as described in claim 1, wherein, The upper webbing also has a first webbing portion and a second webbing portion that are respectively connected to the two opposite ends of the positioning webbing portion, and both the first webbing portion and the second webbing portion have a hook layer.

3. A ratchet tourniquet, comprising: a tourniquet unit extending along a length direction and including an upper webbing and a cord disposed along the upper webbing along the length direction, the upper webbing having a positioning webbing portion, the width of the cord in a width direction perpendicular to the length direction being smaller than the width of the upper webbing in that width direction; a magnetic buckle unit disposed in the tourniquet unit and including a first magnetic buckle fixed to the tourniquet unit and a second magnetic buckle for the tourniquet unit to pass through and for magnetically attracting the first magnetic buckle, wherein when the tourniquet unit is looped, the second magnetic buckle magnetically engages with the first magnetic buckle; and a ratchet tightening unit disposed in the tourniquet unit and including: A base unit, disposed on the positioning webbing section, has a webbing channel for the upper webbing to pass through and two rope holes for the rope to pass through; a coil, rotatably mounted on the base unit and used to wind the rope; a ratchet and pawl structure, disposed inside the ratchet tightening unit and having a plurality of ratchet teeth arranged in a circumferential direction, and at least one elastically deformable elastic arm, the elastic arm having a pawl elastically engaged with one of the ratchet teeth, the ratchet and pawl structure allowing the coil to rotate in a first direction and preventing the coil to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction; and a knob, rotatably disposed on the base unit and used to drive the coil to rotate in the first direction and wind the rope around the coil to tighten the rope, wherein the rope has a narrow section for the coil to be wound and a wide section connected to the narrow section, the width of the wide section in the width direction being greater than the width of the narrow section in the width direction.

4. A ratchet tourniquet, comprising: a tourniquet unit extending along a length direction and including an upper webbing and a cord disposed along the upper webbing along the length direction, the upper webbing having a positioning webbing portion, the width of the cord in a width direction perpendicular to the length direction being smaller than the width of the upper webbing in that width direction; a magnetic buckle unit disposed in the tourniquet unit and including a first magnetic buckle fixed to the tourniquet unit and a second magnetic buckle for the tourniquet unit to pass through and for magnetically attracting the first magnetic buckle, wherein when the tourniquet unit is looped, the second magnetic buckle magnetically engages with the first magnetic buckle; and a ratchet tightening unit disposed in the tourniquet unit and including: A base unit is disposed on the positioning webbing section and has a webbing channel for the upper webbing to pass through and two rope holes for the rope to pass through; a coil is rotatably mounted on the base unit and used to wind the rope. A ratchet and pawl structure is provided inside the ratchet tightening unit and has a plurality of ratchet teeth arranged in a circumferential direction, and at least one elastically deformable elastic arm. The elastic arm has a pawl that elastically engages with one of the ratchet teeth. The ratchet and pawl structure allows the cable reel to rotate in a first direction and prevents the cable reel from rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
