Abstract

An empty magazine locking mechanism for an electric toy gun includes a toy gun body, a slide, and a magazine. The toy gun body includes a grip and a gun frame. The grip has a receiving groove, and the gun frame is located above the grip. A rear locking component is pivotally mounted in the middle section, with a positioning part at the top and an extended side plate. The slide is fitted onto the gun frame and moves backward along the barrel axis. Its inner wall has a positioning groove. The magazine is detachably installed in the receiving groove and has a bullet ejection hole and a through hole at its top. It has an internal accommodating space containing a spring and a bullet ejector. A push rod is located on one side of the bullet ejector. When the spring releases, it pushes the bullet ejector, ejecting BBs from the bullet ejection hole. The push rod passes through the through hole at the top of the magazine and pushes the side plate of the rear locking component, causing the positioning part to engage with the positioning groove of the slide, thus achieving an automatic locking mechanism for the slide when the magazine is empty.

Claims

1. A post-empty magazine structure for an electric toy gun, comprising at least: A toy gun body, a slide, and a magazine, wherein: the toy gun body includes a grip and a gun frame, the grip has a receiving groove, the gun frame is located above the grip, a rear fixing member is pivotally mounted in the middle of the gun frame, the top of the rear fixing member has a positioning part, and a side plate extends from one side of the rear fixing member, the side plate is located inside the gun frame, and an opening is provided on one side of the gun frame, a micro switch is provided on the inner wall of the gun frame at the opening, and a push rod extends from the rear fixing member to the side plate, so that the side plate and the push rod extend into the gun frame through the opening; the slide is fitted on the gun frame and moves back along the barrel axis, and a positioning groove is provided on the inner wall of the slide; The magazine is detachably installed in the receiving slot. The magazine has an ejection hole at the top and a through hole on the side of the top. The magazine has a receiving space containing a spring and a ejector. A push rod is provided on one side of the ejector. The spring releases its elastic force to push the ejector, causing the ejector to stop at the ejection hole, and the push rod to pass through the through hole of the magazine. In this way, BBs are pre-loaded into the magazine of the toy gun and fired. The elastic force of the spring pushes the ejector, ejecting the BBs one by one from the ejection hole. When the ejector stops at the ejection hole, the push rod of the ejector passes through the through hole of the magazine to push the side plate of the rear locking member, thereby causing the positioning part of the rear locking member to engage with the positioning groove of the slide, achieving the electric toy gun's empty magazine rear locking structure that automatically locks the slide when the magazine is empty.

2. The rear-mounted structure of the empty magazine of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the positioning groove can be provided on the inner wall of the right side or the inner wall of the slide, and in accordance with the position of the positioning groove, the rear-mounted component can be provided on the right side or the left side of the gun frame, thereby achieving a structure that can accommodate left-handed and right-handed users.

3. The empty magazine rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the top-mounted component inside the magazine includes at least a first sliding component and a second sliding component; the first sliding component is provided with a plurality of auxiliary push rods and a recess; the second sliding component is provided with a plurality of push rods and a plurality of connecting parts; the plurality of connecting parts of the first sliding component are pivotally connected to the plurality of recesses of the second sliding component to form an elbow-type structure, and the plurality of auxiliary push rods of the first sliding component are linked to the plurality of push rods of the second sliding component; so that the top-mounted component can slide and displace in the through hole of the magazine to abut against the plurality of auxiliary push rods of the first sliding component and the plurality of push rods of the second sliding component sliding and displacing in the through hole of the magazine, abutting against and pushing the side plate and top rod of the rear-mounted component.

4. The empty magazine rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the push rod of the top magazine member passes through the through hole of the magazine and simultaneously pushes the side plate and the push rod of the rear-mounted member, thereby achieving the structure in which the push rod pushes the micro switch to switch the ON-OFF state of the micro switch.

5. The empty magazine rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the micro switch is electrically connected to the preset motor and the preset battery, and when the push rod pushes the micro switch to switch its ON-OFF state, it controls the power supply of the preset battery to achieve the structure of starting or stopping the preset motor.

6. The empty chamber rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the opening and the micro switch may be located on the right or left side of the gun frame.

7. The rear-mounted structure of the empty magazine of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein a shaft hole is provided on one side of the gun frame, and the rear-mounted component extends a pivot shaft, the pivot shaft being pivotally mounted in the shaft hole.

8. The empty magazine rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the top of the magazine has a concave surface and the through hole is provided on the concave surface.

9. The empty magazine rear-mounted structure of the electric toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the concave surface may be provided on the left or right side of the top of the magazine, or both sides simultaneously; in accordance with the position of the concave surface, the push rod may be provided on the left or right side of the top magazine, or both sides simultaneously.
