Quick-changeable structure for modular guitar

Abstract

A quick-release mechanism for a modular guitar includes a body and a quick-release string retainer. The body is detachable from other parts of the guitar. The body includes a soundbox and a bridge, the bridge being fixed to the surface of the soundbox. The quick-release string retainer is detachably mounted on the bridge and has multiple retaining holes, whereby multiple strings can be held in place by the multiple retaining holes of the quick-release string retainer.

Claims

1. A quick-release mechanism for a modular guitar, comprising: A guitar body, detachable from other parts of the guitar, includes a soundbox and a bridge, the bridge being fixed to the surface of the soundbox; the bridge includes a quick-release housing for quick string replacement; and a quick-release string retainer detachably mounted on the bridge, the quick-release string retainer having multiple limiting holes for holding multiple strings in the multiple limiting holes; wherein the shape of the quick-release housing matches the quick-release string retainer, allowing the quick-release string retainer to be detachably fixed to the quick-release housing by insertion and removal.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 1, wherein the quick-release string retainer comprises: A body plate, wherein a plurality of limiting holes are formed on one side of the body plate and the plurality of limiting holes penetrate the body plate, and each string has a string bead that is blocked below the limiting hole.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 2, wherein the quick-release string fixing component further includes a stand plate, the stand plate being connected to one side of the body plate; a plurality of string holes are located at the connection between the body plate and the stand plate, so that the plurality of strings pass through the plurality of string holes and the plurality of limiting holes respectively.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 1, further comprising a neck detachably connected to the body, the lower end of the neck including a first fastening portion; wherein the body further comprises an assembly receiving portion and a fastening device; the fastening device is disposed within the assembly receiving portion; wherein, The fastening device can movably fasten the first fastening part.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 4, wherein the guitar body further includes a second fastening part, the second fastening part being fixedly disposed within the assembly receiving part, and the fastening device being movably engaged with the second fastening part.

6. The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 4 further includes a headstock detachably connected to the neck, the headstock including a string guide having multiple positioning grooves for limiting the multiple strings.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 6, wherein the headstock further includes at least one first fixing post receiving portion; the neck further includes at least one second fixing post receiving portion; at least one fixing post is respectively inserted into the at least one first fixing post receiving portion and the at least one second fixing post receiving portion, such that one end of the neck is detachably connected to the headstock.

The quick-release mechanism of the modular guitar as described in claim 7, wherein the neck further includes: One fingerboard section is connected to one side of the neck; An extension portion extends to one end of the neck, and at least one second fixing post receiving portion is disposed on the extension portion, so that one end of the neck is detachably connected to the headstock; wherein the fingerboard portion has a nut adjacent to the extension portion.

The quick-release mechanism for the modular guitar as described in claim 4, wherein the fastening device comprises: A hook-and-loop fastener, one end of which has a latch that can selectively hook onto the first fastening part; A pressing part is connected to the other end of the hook member via a first movable shaft; and a support base is connected to the pressing part via a second movable shaft; the support base is fixed to the assembly receiving part.

The quick-release mechanism of the modular guitar as described in claim 9, wherein the hook comprises a base, a non-slip washer, an upper adjusting nut, and a lower adjusting nut, the base being U-shaped, the bottom end of the base being rotatably connected to the first movable shaft, the hook being located above the base, the upper adjusting nut being screwed to the bottom of the hook and abutting against one surface of the top of the base, the lower adjusting nut being screwed to the hook and abutting against the other surface of the top of the base, and the non-slip washer being disposed between the upper adjusting nut and the top.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 4, wherein the guitar body further includes a latch disposed within the assembly receiving portion, and the lower end of the neck further includes a tenon plate, the tenon plate having a groove formed by a recess on one side of the tenon plate, the latch engaging with the groove to prevent the neck from drooping during maintenance when no strings are pulling on the neck.

The quick-release structure of the modular guitar as described in claim 4, wherein the assembly housing further includes an adjustment post disposed on one side of the assembly housing, the top end of the adjustment post abutting against the neck, and the exposed height of the adjustment post being adjustable to adjust the tilt angle of the neck.
