Abstract
Claims
1. A compact actuator, mounted within a housing, comprising: A motor includes a stator and a rotor pivotally mounted within the stator; a speed reducer unit receives transmission from the rotor and outputs a rotation angle via an output shaft; an angle sensing group detects the rotation angle and generates an angle signal; and a drive controller electrically connected to the angle sensing group and the motor to receive the angle signal and control the rotation angle; wherein the housing is composed of multiple compartments, the multiple compartments including a control compartment for mounting the drive controller, a stator compartment for constructing the motor, and a gear compartment for pivoting the speed reducer unit, the stator compartment being located between the control compartment and the gear compartment, the stator compartment being formed by stacking a plurality of silicon steel sheets, and the stator compartment enclosing a stator hole and a connecting compartment of the stator, the rotor being pivotally mounted on the stator through the stator hole, and the drive controller being electrically connected to the angle sensing group and the motor through the connecting compartment.
2. The compact actuator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor is a three-phase motor composed of three-phase windings.
3. The compact actuator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reducer assembly includes at least one pair of reduction gears that receive the rotor drive, and the output shaft is formed at one end of at least one of the reduction gear pairs.
4. The compact actuator as claimed in claim 3, wherein at least one of the reduction gear pairs includes a primary reduction gear pair receiving drive from the rotor, and a final reduction gear pair receiving drive from the primary reduction gear pair, the output shaft being formed at the end of the final reduction gear pair.
5. The compact actuator as claimed in claim 4, wherein the primary reduction gear pair and the final reduction gear pair are composed of a plurality of parallel axles.
