Abstract

An auxiliary support type cushioning pad is formed by bending a one-piece cut cushioning sheet. It is used to accommodate the corners of a load-bearing object, thereby cushioning the load. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad includes a support plate, a first side plate, a bottom plate, a second side plate, a vertical plate, a top plate, a third side plate, and support clips. The support plate supports the corners. The bottom plate has a first locking hole parallel to the support plate. The second side plate is parallel to the first side plate. The vertical plate is parallel to the first side plate and, together with the support plate, forms a corner receiving groove to accommodate the corners. The top plate is parallel to the support plate. The third side plate is overlapped and fixed to the second side plate. The support clips are inserted into and engaged in the first locking hole to assist in supporting the support plate and the vertical plate.

Claims

1. An auxiliary support type cushioning pad, formed by bending an integrally cut cushioning sheet, for accommodating a corner of a load-bearing object to cushion the load-bearing object, the auxiliary support type cushioning pad comprising: a load-bearing plate formed by a load-bearing portion of the cushioning sheet for supporting the corner; a first side plate formed by bending a first side plate portion of the cushioning sheet from the load-bearing portion; a bottom plate formed by bending a bottom plate portion of the cushioning sheet from the first side plate portion, having a first locking hole and being parallel to the load-bearing plate; a second side plate formed by bending a second side plate portion of the cushioning sheet from the bottom plate portion and being parallel to the first side plate; and a vertical plate formed by bending a vertical plate portion of the cushioning sheet from the other side of the load-bearing portion opposite to the first side plate portion, being parallel to the first side plate, and forming a corner receiving groove with the load-bearing plate for accommodating the corner; A top plate is formed by bending one of the top plate portions of the cushioning material from the upright plate portion and the first side plate portion, and is parallel to the support plate; a third side plate is formed by bending one of the third side plate portions of the cushioning material from the top plate portion, and is overlapped and fixed with the second side plate; and a support buckle is formed by extending a buckle portion cut out from the support portion from the upright plate portion, and is inserted into and engaged in the first buckle hole to assist in supporting the support plate and the upright plate.

2. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, This cushioning board is a corrugated paper cushioning board.

3. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, The supporting plate, the upright plate, the top plate, and the first side plate together form a bending and forming space. The bending and forming space is formed by a bending and forming hole cut out from the buffer plate. The bending and forming hole is respectively adjacent to the top plate, the upright plate, the supporting plate, and the first side plate.

4. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, At least one stress-dispersing hole is provided between the bearing plate and the first side plate.

5. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1 further includes a cushioning member that is filled in a cushioning filling space formed by the bearing plate, the first side plate, the bottom plate and the support buckle.

6. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 5, wherein, This cushioning component is a corrugated paper cushioning component formed by bending.

7. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, The top plate has a location marking hole.

8. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, The base plate is further provided with a second latching hole, and the support latch includes: an extension plate formed by an extension of one of the latching portions extending from the upright plate portion; and a latching plate formed by bending one of the latching portions from the extension portion relative to the other side of the upright plate portion, having a first latch and a second latch; wherein the first latch and the second latch are respectively inserted into and engaged in the first latching hole and the second latching hole.

9. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1, wherein, The second side panel has at least one third buckle, and the third side panel has at least one fourth buckle. The third buckle is inserted into and engaged with at least one third latching hole, and the fourth buckle is inserted into and engaged with at least one fourth latching hole, so that the third side panel and the second side panel are overlapped and fixed together. The third latching hole is opened in the third side panel, and the fourth latching hole is opened between the second side panel and the bottom plate.

10. The auxiliary support type cushioning pad as described in claim 1 further comprises: a sealing plate formed by bending one sealing portion of the cushioning plate from the other side of the top plate adjacent to the third side plate, and perpendicular to the top plate and the third side plate respectively; and two ear plates formed by bending two ear portions of the cushioning plate from the sealing portion relative to each other, parallel to the third side plate, and abutting against the inner side of the first side plate and the inner side of the third side plate respectively.
