Abstract
Claims
1. A cooking system, comprising: A range hood is equipped with an audio-visual sensing module and a main controller, the main controller being electrically connected to the audio-visual sensing module; A heater is provided with a heat controller, which is wirelessly communicable with a main controller. The heat controller is configured to control the heat energy to be provided to a cookware containing food. An audiovisual sensing module is configured to sense a thermal image and a volume towards the food. The main controller is configured to adjust the airflow of a range hood based on the thermal image and the volume. The main controller is configured to generate an electric heating command based on cooking information associated with the thermal image. The heat controller is configured to provide a planar heat distribution to the cookware based on the electric heating command. The planar heat distribution includes several heating zones and a corresponding electrical power for each of the heating zones. A feeding dispenser is also provided, including several electrically operated feeding gates electrically connected to the main controller. The main controller is configured to generate a feeding command based on the cooking information associated with the thermal image, causing each of the electrically operated feeding gates to open or close a feeding port.
2. The cooking system as claimed in claim 1 further includes a cookware control device, which is disposed on a platform with the heater, and the cookware control device is configured to control the spatial state of the cookware around the heater based on a control command.
3. The cooking system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cookware control device is electrically connected to the main controller, the main controller being configured to generate the control command based on the cooking information associated with the thermal image.
4. The cooking system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the main controller includes a motion control component and an integrated motor drive, the cookware control device includes a plurality of motor drive nodes, the integrated motor drive is electrically connected to the motor drive nodes and the motion control component, the motion control component is configured to provide a motion control scheme to the motor drive nodes based on a motion control rule, and the integrated motor drive is configured to drive the motor drive nodes based on the motion control scheme.
5. The cooking system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cookware control device is configured as a multi-axis robotic arm.
6. The cooking system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cookware control device is configured as a single-axis bidirectional movement device.
7. The cooking system as claimed in claim 1 further includes a remote control that is capable of wireless communication with the heat controller and the main controller.
8. The cooking system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the main controller, the heater and the remote controller are each provided with a wireless communicator, and the heater is further provided with a weighing scale electrically connected to the wireless communicator of the heater.
9. The cooking system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the range hood is provided with a human-machine interface, the audiovisual perception module is provided with a thermal image sensor and a microphone, and the human-machine interface, the thermal image sensor and the microphone are electrically connected to the main controller.
