Abstract
Claims
1. A method for high-temperature biological fermentation of sludge, comprising the following steps: collect: Sludge from at least one wastewater treatment plant is allowed to settle and be stored in a collection tank for a predetermined time. The collection tank is connected to a dewatering module, through which water is removed from the sludge, reducing its moisture content to less than 50%. The sludge is then transported from the collection tank to a high-temperature fermentation device equipped with a turning machine. The sludge is laid in the fermentation device to a predetermined thickness and agitated by the turning machine. Fermentation is then carried out in the high-temperature fermentation device, which provides a predetermined fermentation time. The sludge is fermented for a predetermined time, with a temperature range of 50-65°C, a humidity range of 60%-80%, and an oxygen content of at least 5%. During this predetermined time, the sludge is continuously agitated and turned by a turning machine, which turns the sludge at least once per hour. The fermentation process includes testing the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the sludge. Fermentation is considered complete when the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia are less than 10 ppm and 25 ppm, respectively.
2. The high-temperature biological fermentation method for sludge as described in claim 1, wherein the collection tank is further connected to an impurity removal module, through which plastic, glass, metal, sand or bricks are removed from the sludge; the sludge has at least 50 wt% organic matter.
3. A high-temperature biological fermentation device for sludge, comprising: a collection tank including a first containing space for holding sludge produced by a wastewater treatment plant; a high-temperature fermentation device including a second containing space, the high-temperature fermentation device being connected to the collection tank and for receiving the sludge, the high-temperature fermentation device being configured to set a predetermined temperature and a predetermined humidity, wherein the sludge is fermented in the high-temperature fermentation device for a predetermined time, wherein the predetermined temperature of the high-temperature fermentation device is in the range of 50~65°C; the predetermined humidity is in the range of 60%-80%; the high-temperature fermentation device is further configured to set a predetermined oxygen content, the predetermined oxygen content being at least 5%, by means of the predetermined temperature, the predetermined humidity and The predetermined oxygen level enhances fermentation efficiency; a turning machine, connected to the high-temperature fermentation device, includes a plurality of turning legs, during which each turning leg of the turning machine inserts into the sludge to agitate and turn the sludge at a predetermined time, wherein the turning machine is electrically connected to the high-temperature fermentation device and is set to turn the sludge at least once per hour; and a monitoring and detection module, connected to the high-temperature fermentation device, detects the hydrogen sulfide concentration and ammonia concentration in the sludge, and fermentation is completed when the hydrogen sulfide concentration and the ammonia concentration are less than 10 ppm and 25 ppm respectively, wherein the monitoring and detection module includes at least one electrochemical sensor and at least one optical sensor to detect the hydrogen sulfide concentration and ammonia concentration in the sludge.
4. The high-temperature biological fermentation equipment for sludge as described in claim 3, wherein the collection tank is further connected to a dewatering module, through which water is removed from the sludge, so that the moisture content of the sludge is less than 50%; the collection tank is further connected to an impurity removal module, wherein the sludge contains an impurity, including plastic, glass, metal, sand and brick, and the impurity in the sludge is removed through the impurity removal module.
