Dim Sum Sets and Methods for Manufacturing Dim Sum Sets

Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide a snack set that enhances enjoyment and a method for manufacturing the snack set. The snack set 1 of this invention comprises: a plurality of body parts 10, which are made of edible materials; and a receiving part 20, which can receive the body parts; and the body parts are configured to include a front part 10f and a rear part 10r, which can be arranged and received in the receiving part. Furthermore, the method for manufacturing the snack set 1 includes: a filling step, which fills raw materials into a mold; a forming step, which shapes the raw materials filled into the mold; an input step, which inputs the shaped raw materials as snacks into the receiving part; and a transfer step, which transfers the received part into the receiving part; and includes: a stacking step, which stacks the receiving parts at a point along the transfer path of the receiving part when the number of supplies to the receiving part exceeds the number of discharges.

Claims

1. A dessert set comprising: a plurality of body parts made of edible material; and a receiving portion having at least a portion of its bottom surface including a flat plate portion and capable of receiving the body parts; wherein the body parts are configured to include a front portion and a rear portion and can be arranged and received in the receiving portion; wherein the dessert set is configured such that the maximum height of the plurality of body parts from the bottom surface is the same.

2. As in the snack set of Request 1, wherein the aforementioned containment section is configured such that, in the state of containing the aforementioned main body section, it cannot contain more of the aforementioned main body section.

3. The snack set as requested in item 1, wherein the aforementioned receiving section is configured to receive the aforementioned front portion of the aforementioned main body in a manner that faces the first direction.

4. The snack set as requested in item 3, wherein the aforementioned housing is configured to house all of the aforementioned main body parts with the aforementioned front portion facing the aforementioned first direction.

5. The snack set as requested in item 3, wherein the aforementioned containment section is configured to contain the rear portion of the aforementioned main body in a second direction that is different from the aforementioned first direction.

6. The snack set as requested in item 5, wherein the aforementioned containment section is configured to contain all of the aforementioned main body sections with the aforementioned rear portion facing the aforementioned second direction.

7. The snack set as requested in item 1, wherein the aforementioned housing section houses the aforementioned main body section so that it can move in a first direction or a second direction different from the aforementioned first direction.

8. The dessert set according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the aforementioned body part is configured such that its bottom surface can be placed on a plane, and its upper surface includes a protrusion.

9. The dessert set as claimed in claim 8, wherein the aforementioned body portion comprises: a first body portion having a first protrusion on its upper surface; and a second body portion having a plurality of second protrusions on its upper surface.

10. The dessert set as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first protrusion is configured such that the upper surface dimension is larger than the upper surface dimension of the second protrusion.

11. The dessert set as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first protrusion and the second protrusion are configured to have the same height from the bottom surface to the top surface.

12. The dessert set as claimed in claim 9, wherein the main body is configured such that the heights of the upper surfaces of the first protrusion and the second protrusion, excluding the topmost part, are different.

13. The dessert set as claimed in claim 9, wherein the plurality of second protrusions are provided in a spaced-apart manner on the upper surface of the main body.

14. The snack set of claim 9, wherein the receiving portion is configured to include a first end in a first direction and a second end in a second direction, and at least one of the first body portion and the second body portion can be received near the first end or near the second end.

15. The snack set as requested in any of items 1 to 7, wherein the main body is configured such that, in a state in which multiple of the aforementioned containment parts are contained, the other aforementioned containment parts can be supported in a horizontal state.

16. A dessert set as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the aforementioned body part includes at least a first type of body part and a second type of body part; wherein the first type of body part and the second type of body part are configured to have different surface colors.

17. The snack set as claimed in claim 16, wherein the aforementioned receiving section is configured to be configurable to include at least a first row and a second row, and the first row is configured to receive the first type of body part, and the second row is configured to receive the second type of body part.

18. The dessert set as claimed in claim 16, wherein the aforementioned body part is configured such that the taste of the first type of body part and the second type of body part are different.

19. The dessert set according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the aforementioned main body is configured such that it cannot be fused with other aforementioned main bodies when housed in the aforementioned housing.

20. The snack set as requested in any of items 1 to 7, wherein the main body is constructed in the manner of a car; and the storage section is constructed in the manner of a parking lot.

21. A method for manufacturing a dessert set, comprising: a filling step of filling raw material into a mold; a forming step of shaping the raw material filled into the mold; an input step of inputting the shaped raw material as a dessert into a receiving portion; and a transfer step of transferring the receiving portion containing the dessert; and the manufacturing method comprising: a stacking step of stacking the receiving portion at a point on the transfer path of the receiving portion when the number of supplies to the receiving portion exceeds the number of discharges; and the receiving portion being configured such that at least a portion of its bottom surface includes a flat plate portion, and the plate portion is stackable relative to the upper surface of the dessert.
