Abstract

This invention relates to an electroplating apparatus, comprising a frame, a transmission unit, a conductive unit, a plurality of conductive plates, a plurality of auxiliary plates, a plurality of connecting rods, and a plurality of side stops. The transmission unit is mounted on the frame and has a shaft. The conductive unit is mounted on the frame and electrically connected to the shaft. The conductive plate is linked to the transmission unit, and has a first engagement hole in its center for electrical connection to the shaft. At least one first receiving groove is recessed around the circumference towards the center, and the outer side of the first receiving groove has a first opening. The connecting rods are connected to the conductive plates. The side stops are located radially opposite the shaft, have a stop portion corresponding to the direction of the first opening, and have engagement portions at both ends that can engage with or be removed from the connecting rods. Therefore, this invention can achieve better electroplating quality and efficiency.

Claims

1. An electroplating apparatus, comprising: One rack; A transmission unit, mounted on the frame, has a shaft; a conductive unit, mounted on the frame and electrically connected to the shaft; at least one conductive plate, linked and combined with the transmission unit, and driven to rotate by the transmission unit, having a first engagement hole in the center through which the shaft can be inserted and electrically connected to the shaft, and at least one first receiving groove recessed around the circumference toward the center, the outer side of the first receiving groove having a first opening; a plurality of connecting rods, connected to the conductive plate in an approximately parallel direction to the shaft; a plurality of side stops, located at radial positions corresponding to the shaft, having a stop portion corresponding to the direction of the first opening, and having engagement portions at both ends that can engage with or be removed from the connecting rods.

2. The electroplating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a conductive sheet with a width greater than the thickness of the conductive plate is provided around the periphery of the first receiving tank.

The electroplating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conductive plate is provided with a plurality of first through holes at different radial angle positions corresponding to the first engagement hole, through which the connecting rod and the connecting rod combination can be inserted.

The electroplating apparatus as described in claim 3, further comprising at least one auxiliary plate made of plastic or other non-conductive material, configured to correspond to the shape of the conductive plate, and having a second joint hole, a second receiving groove, a second opening, and a second through hole respectively corresponding to the positions of the first joint hole, the first receiving groove, the first opening, and the first through hole; and the auxiliary plate and the conductive plate are arranged in parallel.

The electroplating apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the frame has two parallel spaced plates connected by a rod; the transmission unit has at least one gear set, the gear set having a driving wheel, a driven wheel, and an actuating wheel that are linked together, and the actuating wheel having two wheels respectively disposed inside the two plates; the two ends of the shaft are respectively engaged with the center of the two actuating wheels; and the connecting rod, corresponding to the shaft, passes through the first through hole of the conductive plate and the second through hole of the auxiliary plate in a direction parallel to the shaft, and is engaged with the conductive plate and the auxiliary plate, and the two ends are respectively engaged with the two actuating wheels.

The electroplating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the joint of the side stop is a hook body that can hook the connecting rod, and has a fitting groove that can fit the connecting rod, the fitting groove having a notch that can fit the connecting rod radially on the outer side of the conductive plate.

7. The electroplating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conductive unit has a conductive sleeve and an electrical connecting piece; and the electrical connecting piece is electrically connected to the conductive sleeve and the shaft.
