Abstract
Claims
1. An intraosseous needle, comprising: a cylindrical body having a chamber and at least one guide groove communicating with the chamber; a rotating body housed in the chamber of the cylindrical body for rotation, the first end of the rotating body having a drill bit, the open end of the drill bit extending from the first end of the cylindrical body, and the circular circumferential surface of the rotating body having at least one helical groove; and a driving member having a hollow ring portion fitted onto the circumferential surface of the rotating body, the hollow ring portion having at least one guide bit protruding towards the center, the guide bit passing through and engaging with the at least one helical groove, the driving member further having at least one pulling portion for pulling the driving member to move linearly along the at least one guide groove to drive the rotating body to position and rotate.
2. As in request item 1, the intraosseous nail, wherein, The cylindrical system consists of a first shell and a second shell. The first shell has a first joint and the second shell has a second joint. The first joint and the second joint are combined.
3. As in request item 1, the intraosseous nail, wherein, The drive component has two guides, and the circumferential surface of the rotating body has two spiral grooves with two helical lines, and the two guides respectively engage with the two spiral grooves.
4. As in request item 1, the intraosseous nail, wherein, The at least one pull part forms a ring and there are two pull parts, and the two pull parts are arranged opposite to each other.
5. As in request item 1, the intraosseous nail, wherein, The first end of the cylinder is equipped with a guide tube through which the drill bit of the rotating body passes.
6. The intraosseous nail of claim 5 further includes a fixation plate connected to the first end of the cylinder, the fixation plate having an extension tube connected to the conduit, the drill of the rotating body passing through the conduit and the extension tube.
7. The intraosseous nail of any of claims 1 to 6 further includes a partition and a striking assembly. The partition divides the chamber into a first chamber and a second chamber. The guide groove communicates with the first chamber. The first chamber is used to house the rotating body. The second end of the rotating body has a column rod. The open end of the column rod enters the second chamber through a through hole in the partition. A striking plate of the striking assembly is placed in the second chamber. One surface of the striking plate is used to strike or separate the open end of the column rod. The other surface of the striking plate has a first connecting rod. One surface of an operating plate has a second connecting rod. The open end of the second connecting rod passes through a hole at the bottom of the cylinder and is connected to the first connecting rod. A second elastic element is sleeved on the outer surface of the connected first connecting rod and the second connecting rod. One end of the second elastic element abuts against a surface of the striking plate, and the other end of the second elastic element abuts against the bottom of the cylinder.
8. As in request item 7, the intraosseous nail, wherein, A third elastic element is fitted onto the drill bit, with its two ends abutting against the first end face of the rotating body and the end face of the cylinder, respectively.
