Abstract

A plasma-powered energy processing device is disclosed to address the problem of exhaust gas emissions from conventional treatment equipment. The device comprises: a furnace body having an internal processing space and a gas collection channel; a heating module disposed within the furnace body; and a gas guiding device disposed within the internal processing space, comprising a first tube and a second tube, each having a hollow interior space and having a plurality of first through holes and a plurality of second through holes respectively. The first tube is fitted over the second tube, allowing gas to flow from the internal processing space through the plurality of first through holes, the plurality of second through holes, the interior space of the first tube, and the interior space of the second tube, and ultimately to the gas collection channel. This achieves the effective discharge of exhaust gas from the furnace body.

Claims

1. A plasma energy conversion device, comprising: a furnace body having an internal processing space and a gas collection channel communicating with the internal processing space; a heating module disposed in the furnace body for heating the internal processing space; and a gas guiding device disposed in the internal processing space, and comprising: a first tube extending axially and being a shell having a hollow internal space, and having a plurality of first through holes disposed on the sidewall of the first tube, the first tube having a first ratchet; a second tube extending axially and being a shell having a hollow internal space, and having a plurality of second through holes disposed on the sidewall of the second tube, the second tube having a second ratchet; the first tube being sleeved on the outside of the second tube, and a gap being present between the first tube and the second tube, allowing gas to flow freely. The internal processing space flows between the plurality of first through holes, the plurality of second through holes, the space inside the first tube, and the space inside the second tube, and flows to the gas collection channel; through the engagement of the first ratchet and the second ratchet, one of the first tube and the second tube rotates in a first direction along an axial direction, causing the other of the first tube and the second tube to rotate synchronously; and when the resistance outside the first tube is higher than the resistance between the first tube and the second tube, one of the first tube and the second tube rotates in a second direction along an axial direction, causing the other of the first tube and the second tube to jump in the axial direction; the first direction is one of clockwise or counterclockwise, and the second direction is the other of clockwise or counterclockwise.

2. As in request item 1, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, In the axial direction, the first tube has a first top end and a first bottom end opposite to the first top end, and the second tube has a second top end and a second bottom end opposite to the second top end; the first tube has a shaft post, and the second top end and the second bottom end of the second tube each have a shaft hole, and the shaft post passes through each shaft hole.

3. As in request item 1, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, The radial length of the first tube varies outward along the axial direction.

4. As in request item 1, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, A portion of the second tube extends axially out of the first tube to form a protrusion, and the protrusion has at least one of the plurality of second through holes; in the axial direction, the second tube has a second top end and a second bottom end opposite to the second top end, the protrusion has a gradually expanding shape in the radial length toward the second bottom end along the axial direction, and at least one of the plurality of second through holes is disposed at a position on the protrusion having a larger radial length.

5. As in claim 4, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, In the axial direction, the first tube has a first top end and a first bottom end opposite to the first top end, and the first tube forms an opening at the first bottom end; the gradually expanding shape of the protrusion causes the gas flowing out of the opening to flow radially outward along the gradually expanding shape of the protrusion and toward the gas collection channel.

6. The plasma energy conversion device of claim 1 further includes a disturbance device, the disturbance device including a disturbance element disposed in the internal processing space of the furnace body, and the disturbance element having a hollow first fluid channel and at least one first output channel, so that gas input into the first fluid channel can be output through the at least one first output channel.

7. As in claim 6, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, The disturbance component has at least one disturbance portion extending radially outward from the disturbance component. Each disturbance portion has at least one hollow second fluid channel and at least one second output channel. The at least one second fluid channel is connected to the first fluid channel, so that the gas input into the first fluid channel can flow into each of the second fluid channels and then be output through the corresponding second output channels.

8. The plasma energy conversion device of claim 1 further includes a gas processing system having a gas storage tank, a gas-liquid separator, a recovery unit, and a detection unit; the gas storage tank is used to receive gas discharged from the furnace body through the gas collection channel; the gas-liquid separator is used to contain gas discharged from the gas storage tank and waste liquid condensed from the corresponding gas; a liquid recovery device is disposed below the gas-liquid separator to receive the condensed waste liquid; the recovery unit receives gas discharged from the gas-liquid separator and stores the received gas; the detection unit receives gas discharged from the gas-liquid separator and detects the received gas.

9. As in claim 8, the plasma energy conversion device, wherein, The gas-liquid separator has a liquid cooling structure, which is equipped with multiple connecting pipes and at least one liquid passage. Each connecting pipe is used to supply gas flow inside the gas-liquid separator. The liquid passage surrounds part or all of the multiple connecting pipes and is used to supply liquid inflow and outflow from the gas-liquid separator.

10. The plasma energy-generating device of claim 1 further includes a heat dissipation system having a liquid cooling module; the liquid cooling module includes a liquid storage tank, a liquid cooling heat dissipation section, a radiator, and a plurality of liquid pipes; the liquid storage tank is used to store liquid for cooling; the liquid cooling heat dissipation section is disposed on the heating module to receive the liquid from the liquid storage tank to cool the heating module; the radiator is used to receive the liquid flowing through the liquid cooling heat dissipation section, cool the liquid, and then discharge it back to the liquid storage tank; the plurality of liquid pipes are disposed between the liquid storage tank, the liquid cooling heat dissipation section, and the radiator.
