Abstract

An internal wiring positioning device includes: a top cover having at least one through hole and a plurality of protrusions; a waterproof component having at least one wire-passing portion, a plurality of slots, a plurality of ribs and a plurality of bottom supports, wherein the wire-passing portion is connected to the through hole for wire to pass through, the slots are for accommodating the protrusions, the ribs are for engaging between the protrusions, and a positioning body protrudes from the other end of a portion of the bottom supports; a clamping component having an inner annular surface, an outer annular surface opposite to the inner annular surface and a notch, the notch penetrating the inner annular surface and the outer annular surface; and a base having a third through hole, two receiving holes communicating with the third through hole, a protruding rib and two concave holes, wherein the third through hole is for accommodating the clamping component, the two concave holes are spaced apart by the protruding rib, the protruding rib is for accommodating the notch, and the two receiving holes are for accommodating the positioning body.

Claims

1. An internal wiring positioning device, comprising: A top cover having a bottom and at least one through hole penetrating the top cover, the bottom having a plurality of protrusions; a waterproof component having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, the top surface having at least one threading portion, a plurality of slots and a plurality of ribs, the threading portion being for engaging with the through hole, the threading portion having a plurality of wire holes for wire to pass through, the slots and ribs being spaced apart, the slots being for accommodating the protrusions, the ribs being for engaging between the protrusions, the bottom surface of the waterproof component having a plurality of bottom support portions, one end of each bottom support portion being connected to the bottom surface, and the other end of some bottom support portions protruding from a positioning body; the aforementioned top cover and the waterproof component being assembled accordingly; a clamping member having an inner annular surface and a bottom surface opposite to the inner annular surface. The device comprises an outer ring surface and a notch, the notch penetrating the inner ring surface and the outer ring surface; and a base having an inner ring wall, the inner ring wall surrounding a third through hole, two receiving holes communicating with the third through hole, a rib and two recesses, the third through hole for receiving the clamping member, the two recesses being spaced apart by the rib, the rib for receiving the notch to restrict the displacement of the clamping member, the two receiving holes for receiving positioning bodies, the positioning bodies abutting against the opposite ends of the receiving holes, and the positioning bodies at this position having gaps between each other and corresponding to the wire holes for the wire to pass through, and preventing the wire from contacting the opposite ends of the receiving holes; the aforementioned base is correspondingly provided with the clamping member; the aforementioned waterproof member is abutting against the base, and the waterproof member abuts against the base with the bottom support portion.
