Abstract
Claims
1. A composite container linear forming machine, comprising: a machine base; a conveying mechanism disposed on the machine base, the conveying mechanism being composed of a plurality of conveying devices, the conveying devices having a plurality of support seats above them for holding containers; a cup-feeding mechanism disposed on the machine base and located at the edge of one of the conveying devices, the cup-feeding mechanism including at least one paper container cup-feeding device and one plastic container cup-feeding device; a pushing mechanism disposed on the machine base and located at the outer edge of one of the conveying devices; a side-roll forming mechanism disposed on the machine base and corresponding to one side of the pushing mechanism, and having a lifting mechanism between the side-roll forming mechanism and the machine base, the side-roll forming mechanism including at least one power source and a plurality of side-roll forming devices driven by the power source; and a finished product inspection mechanism disposed on the machine base and located between the cup-feeding mechanism and the side-roll forming mechanism.

The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paper container cup feeding device includes at least a feeding barrel and a plurality of spiral guide rails located below the feeding barrel, the plurality of spiral guide rails being able to allow paper containers to pass through, and the spiral guide rails being driven to rotate by a servo motor.

The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic container cup feeding device includes at least a feeding barrel and a plurality of spiral guide rails located below the feeding barrel, the plurality of spiral guide rails allowing plastic containers to pass through, and the spiral guide rails being driven to rotate by a servo motor.
4. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism includes a push cylinder and a push rod connected to the push cylinder, the push rod being located on one side of the conveying mechanism and forming a plurality of grooves.
5. The composite container linear forming machine as described in claim 1, wherein, The edge rolling forming mechanism includes at least one power source and a plurality of edge rolling forming devices driven by the power source.

The composite container linear forming machine as described in claim 5, wherein, Each edge rolling forming device includes at least one turntable, with a die wheel and a plurality of edge rolling wheels pivotally connected below the turntable. The die wheel has a connecting shaft that passes through the turntable and connects to a drive gear. The turntable has a plurality of elongated holes and a connecting hole. The plurality of elongated holes correspond to the number of edge rolling wheels. Each edge rolling wheel has a connecting rod that is pivotally connected to the elongated hole. The connecting hole is pivotally connected to a connecting plate that can be displaced by a power cylinder.
7. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the edge rolling forming devices are staggered.
8. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism has a lifting power source at its bottom.
9. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the lifting power source is any one of a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or a servo motor.
10. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein each of the edge rolling forming devices is connected to a heater, which can push hot air to the edge of the mold wheel via a heating conduit to soften the upper edge of the plastic container.
11. The composite container linear forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the finished product inspection mechanism includes a vision recognition device and a material handling device.
