Abstract

A light-emitting device includes a lead wire support, a light-emitting element, a wavelength conversion layer, and a dimming structure. The dimming structure covers the light-emitting element and the wavelength conversion layer, wherein the dimming structure has a recess, and the recess has a curved profile that tapers towards the light-emitting element.

Claims

1. A light-emitting device, comprising: A conductor support; A light-emitting element is disposed on the wire support; A wavelength conversion layer covers the light-emitting element; And a dimming structure covering the light-emitting element and the wavelength conversion layer, wherein the dimming structure has a recess including a flat bottom surface, the recess being in the shape of an inverted trumpet and having a curved profile that tapers toward the light-emitting element.

2. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the dimming structure is greater than the width of the light-emitting element, the width of the flat bottom surface of the recess is greater than 0.02 mm, and the height of the recess is greater than 0.1 mm.

3. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radius of curvature of the curved surface profile is greater than 0.02 mm.

4. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the dimming structure is a light-transmitting material.

5. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the material of the dimming structure further includes a scattering particle dispersed in the light-transmitting material.

6. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the concentration of the scattering particles in the light-transmitting material is less than 50% (w / w).

7. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the dimming structure has a chamfered structure.

8. The light-emitting device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the radius of curvature of the chamfered structure is greater than 0.02 mm.
