Abstract
Claims
1. An assembly process production system, comprising: An item list database with an item information lookup table, which contains basic item information and extended item information; A first processing unit, connected to the item list database, receives a product model containing a plurality of items, compares these items with an item data lookup table to associate the product model with the basic information of the items, filters the plurality of possible disassembly and assembly of these items based on whether one of the structural states between these items is an interference state or a non-interference state, and generates assembly process information; a second processing unit, connected to the item list database, receives process operation information and assembly association information, and associates the process operation information and the assembly association information with the basic information of the items and the extended information of the items to generate process type information, process parameters and assembly information; and a third processing unit, connected to the first processing unit and the second processing unit, receives the assembly process information, the process type information, the process parameters and the assembly information, and generates an assembly process document.
2. The assembly process production system of claim 1, wherein the first processing unit compares the objects with the object data lookup table to associate each of the objects with the object basic information.
3. The assembly process production system of claim 2, wherein the first processing unit determines the structural state between the objects based on the relative positions of the objects; and if at least two of the objects interfere with each other, the first processing unit determines that the structural state between the objects is the interference state.
4. As in the assembly process generation system of request item 2, wherein when the first processing unit determines that the structural state between the objects is the non-interference state, the first processing unit performs an object decomposition procedure; and when the first processing unit completes the object decomposition procedure, the first processing unit outputs the assembly process information.
5. The assembly process production system of claim 4, wherein the first processing unit receives the process operation information and performs the object decomposition process based on the process operation information.
6. The assembly process generation system of claim 1, wherein the second processing unit includes a process operation module and an assembly association module, the process operation module receiving the process operation information and the assembly association module receiving the assembly association information.
7. As in the assembly process generation system of request item 6, wherein the process operation module associates the process operation information with the basic information of the object or the extended information of the object to generate the process type information and the process parameters.
8. The assembly process production system as described in claim 7, wherein the process type information includes multiple operation types of the objects, and the process parameters include multiple position information of the objects.
9. As in the assembly process generation system of request item 6, wherein the assembly association module associates the assembly association information with the object basic information or the object extended information to generate the assembly information.
10. The assembly process generation system of claim 9, wherein the assembly information includes multiple assembly instructions for the objects.
11. The assembly process production system of claim 1, wherein the first processing unit, the second processing unit, and the third processing unit are integrated into a single processor.
12. A method for generating an assembly process, comprising: Provide an item list database, wherein the item list database has an item information lookup table, the item information lookup table has basic item information and extended item information; The system receives a product model, process operation information, and assembly association information, wherein the product model contains a plurality of objects; compares these objects with an object data lookup table to associate these objects with their basic information; based on whether one of the structural states between these objects is an interference state or a non-interference state, it filters the plurality of possible disassembly and assembly of these objects to generate assembly process information; it associates the process operation information and the assembly association information with the object basic information and the object extended information to generate process type information, process parameters, and assembly information; and based on the assembly process information, the process type information, the process parameters, and the assembly information, it generates an assembly process document.
13. The assembly process generation method as described in claim 12, wherein comparing the objects with the object data lookup table to associate the objects with the object's basic information includes: Compare these objects with the object data lookup table to associate each object with its basic information.
14. The assembly process method as described in claim 13, wherein determining the structural state of the objects includes: Based on the relative positions of these objects, determine the structural state between them.
15. The assembly process method of claim 14, wherein determining the structural state between the objects based on their relative positions includes: If at least two of these objects interfere with each other, the structural state of the product model is determined to be the interference state.
16. The assembly process method of claim 14, wherein determining the structural state between the objects based on their relative positions further includes: When it is determined that the structural state between these objects is the non-interference state, an object decomposition procedure is performed; The assembly process information is generated after the object disassembly process is completed.
17. The assembly process generation method of claim 12, wherein associating the process operation information and the assembly association information with the object basic information and the object extended information to generate the process type information, the process parameters and the assembly information includes: The process operation information is associated with the object's basic information or with the object's extended information to generate the process type information and the process parameters, wherein the process type information includes multiple operation types of the objects and the process parameters include multiple position information of the objects.
18. The assembly process generation method of claim 12, wherein associating the process operation information and the assembly association information with the object basic information and the object extended information to generate the process type information, the process parameters and the assembly information includes: The assembly association information is associated with the object's basic information or with the object's extended information to generate the assembly information.
19. The assembly process generation method as described in claim 18, wherein the assembly information includes multiple assembly instructions for the objects.
