Abstract

The present invention relates to a demolding and material removal method for an injection molding machine, which demolds a foamed part from the molding die of the injection molding machine. The method includes a mold opening step, a top-pressing and material removal step, and a material removal step. The top-pressing and material removal step includes a demolding and material removal device. The material removal device extends above the foamed part, so that during the upward displacement of the middle mold of the molding die, the material removal device pushes the foamed part away from the middle mold and drops it onto the bottom mold of the molding die. Finally, the material removal step uses the material removal device to clamp the foamed part to the required position. This ensures that the foamed part can be detached from the middle mold and accurately completes the demolding and removal function, and also ensures the smooth progress of subsequent injection molding operations.

Claims

1. A demolding and material removal method for an injection molding machine, applied to an injection molding machine comprising a machine base, a molding die disposed on the machine base, a push-die unit for displacing the molding die, and an injection unit for injecting material into the molding die to form a foamed part, wherein... The molding die has a bottom mold, a middle mold disposed on the bottom mold, and a top mold disposed on the middle mold. The bottom mold, the middle mold, and the top mold form a molding space for molding the foamed part. The injection unit injects molding material into the molding space to form the foamed part. The demolding and material removal method includes: a mold opening step, in which the top mold and the middle mold are simultaneously actuated by the push mold unit, so that the top mold and the middle mold are separated by a gap, and the foamed part is located on the middle mold and the bottom mold. A pressing and unloading step includes a demolding and material-removing device, which has a displacement device, a base on the displacement device, and a material-removing assembly on the base. The displacement device drives the material-removing assembly to extend between the top mold and the middle mold, and the material-removing assembly is located above the foamed part. During the upward displacement of the middle mold by the pushing unit, the material-removing assembly presses the foamed part to detach from the middle mold and fall onto the bottom mold. A material-removing step involves the displacement device driving the material-removing assembly to extend between the middle mold and the bottom mold, and the material-removing assembly grabs the foamed part and performs a material discharge action.

2. The demolding and material handling method of the injection molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the material handling assembly has a driver disposed on the base and a plurality of clamps extending outward from the driver and generating opening and closing actions.

3. The demolding and material removal method for the injection molding machine according to claim 2, wherein, In the top pressing and unloading step, at least one support is provided on the base. The support has an actuating cylinder provided on the base and a telescopic rod that can extend outward from the actuating cylinder. When the clamp moves above the middle mold, the end of the telescopic rod can press against the top mold.
