Abstract
Claims
1. A sole size detection system for detecting the size of a sole, wherein a portion of an upper surface of the sole near its periphery has at least one set of size markings, and the at least one set of size markings includes two marking points; the sole size detection system comprises: a conveying device for placing the sole and conveying the sole to a working area; a scanning device disposed in the working area, the scanning direction of the scanning device facing the conveying device, the scanning device scanning the sole on the conveying device to obtain sole surface contour information; a computing device electrically connected to the scanning device, the computing device obtaining curve data on at least one reference straight line based on the sole surface contour information, wherein the at least one reference straight line is formed by connecting the two marking points of the at least one set of size markings, and the computing device calculating a detection length based on the curve data; the computing device storing at least one standard length range, and generating a prompt signal when the detection length does not conform to the standard length range.
2. The sole size detection system as described in claim 1, wherein the computing device first smooths the curve data to form a smoothed curve data; the computing device calculates the detection length based on the smoothed curve data.

The sole size detection system as described in claim 2, wherein the smoothed curve data includes a plurality of data points, the computing device obtains a horizontal position value and a depth position value based on each data point, the computing device calculates an adjacent distance between two adjacent data points based on the horizontal position value and the depth position value of two adjacent data points, and sums up the adjacent distances of the data points to obtain the detection length.

The sole size detection system as described in claim 3, wherein each data point has a horizontal original value and a depth original value, the computing device first converts the horizontal original value and the depth original value to obtain a horizontal actual value and a depth actual value, adds a horizontal offset value to the horizontal actual value to obtain the horizontal position value; and adds a depth offset value to the depth actual value to obtain the depth position value.
5. The sole size detection system as described in claim 3, wherein, The computing device calculates the Euclidean distance between two adjacent data points to obtain the adjacent distance.
