Claims

1. A pressing module, comprising: a pressing base, having a template and a mold frame; the template having a guide hole, the mold frame having a mold chamber communicating with the guide hole; a pressing unit disposed on the pressing base; the pressing unit having a pressing mold and a heater; the pressing mold being disposed in the mold chamber, the heater having a heating element passing through the pressing mold to heat the pressing mold, and a heating wire extending out of the pressing mold, the heating wire passing upward from the mold chamber through the guide hole and electrically connected to a control unit.

2. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, From a top-down view, the guide hole is located within the mold chamber.

3. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, The mold has a laterally extending mounting groove through which the heater is inserted.

4. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, The molding unit is equipped with a heat insulator. The heat insulator has a heat-insulating part located on the molding die, and a heat-insulating wire is extended out of the molding die and passes through the guide hole from the mold chamber upwards. The heat insulator can stop the heater from heating when the temperature of the molding die exceeds a preset value.

5. The pressing module as described in claim 4, wherein, The mold has a laterally extending mounting groove for the heat exchanger to pass through.

6. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, The mold chamber has a first section and a second section in parallel. The first section provides space for the longitudinal movement of the mold. The heating wire can be pulled out laterally from the mold to the second section and bend upward from the second section through the guide hole.

7. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, The mold has a laterally extending mounting groove for the heater to pass through. A heat insulation pad is provided above the mold and is located between the mold and a base. A first guide groove is provided around the base and a second guide groove is provided around the heat insulation pad. The second guide groove corresponds to the first guide groove and can be aligned with one end of the mounting groove. The heating wire can be longitudinally pulled out of the mold through the first guide groove and the second guide groove and pass through the guide hole.

8. The pressing module as described in claim 1, wherein, The molding unit includes a pressure rod assembly, a molding assembly located at the lower end of the pressure rod assembly, and a limiting assembly that restricts the movement of the pressure rod assembly; the pressure rod assembly includes a pressure rod and a pressure seat located at the lower end of the pressure rod; the molding assembly includes the molding die; the limiting assembly includes a first limiting group and a second limiting group, and the upper end of the pressure rod passes through the molding die and is limited by the first limiting group and the second limiting group.

9. The pressing module as described in claim 8, wherein, The first limiting group is provided with a bushing and a pivot seat; the bushing is for pivoting the pressure rod and can move longitudinally relative to the bushing; the pivot seat is provided on the mold seat and the bushing passes through it; the second limiting group is provided with a limiting frame that can surround the pressure rod, the limiting frame is provided on one side of a cross roller slide rail, when the pressure rod moves longitudinally, the limiting frame can move with the pressure rod and limit the stroke of the longitudinal movement of the pressure rod and limit the rotation of the pressure rod relative to the bushing via the cross roller slide rail.

10. A pressing device comprising an upper mold unit and a lower mold module assembly, the upper mold unit and the lower mold module assembly being disposed at intervals on a frame and capable of cooperating to press a pressable object; the upper mold unit comprising a pressing module assembly as described in any one of claims 1 to 9.
