Abstract
Claims
1. A display device, comprising: One array substrate; A pair of opposing substrates is disposed opposite to the array substrate; A first sub-pixel includes: a first blue light-emitting element disposed on the array substrate; a blue filter layer disposed between the first blue light-emitting element and the opposing substrate; and a first color conversion layer disposed between the first blue light-emitting element and the blue filter layer, and including a red conversion material or a green conversion material, wherein the red conversion material includes selenium, zinc and indium, and based on the weight of the first color conversion layer, the selenium content of the red conversion material is 0.68 wt% to 6.80 wt%, the zinc content of the red conversion material is 0.62 wt% to 2.72 wt%, and the indium content of the red conversion material is 0.09 wt% to 1.87 wt%; and a second sub-pixel adjacent to the first sub-pixel, and includes: a second blue light-emitting element disposed on the array substrate; A red filter layer or a green filter layer is disposed between the second blue light-emitting element and the opposing substrate; and a second color conversion layer is disposed between the second blue light-emitting element and the red filter layer or the green filter layer.
2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance from the first color conversion layer to the opposing substrate is less than the distance from the second color conversion layer to the opposing substrate.
3. The display device as described in claim 1, further comprising: A spacer is disposed on the array substrate and located between the first blue light-emitting element and the second blue light-emitting element; A light-shielding member is disposed on the opposing substrate and located between the blue filter layer and the red filter layer or the green filter layer; and a connecting layer is disposed between the spacer and the light-shielding member.

A display device, comprising: One array substrate; A pair of opposing substrates is disposed opposite to the array substrate; A first sub-pixel includes: a first blue light-emitting element disposed on the array substrate; a blue filter layer disposed between the first blue light-emitting element and the opposing substrate; and a first color conversion layer disposed between the first blue light-emitting element and the blue filter layer, and including a red conversion material and a green conversion material, wherein the red conversion material includes selenium, zinc and indium, and based on the weight of the first color conversion layer, the selenium content of the red conversion material is 0.68 wt% to 3.60 wt%, the zinc content of the red conversion material is 0.62 wt% to 1.44 wt%, and the indium content of the red conversion material is 0.09 wt% to 0.99 wt%; and a second sub-pixel adjacent to the first sub-pixel, and includes: a second blue light-emitting element disposed on the array substrate; A red filter layer or a green filter layer is disposed between the second blue light-emitting element and the opposing substrate; and a second color conversion layer is disposed between the second blue light-emitting element and the red filter layer or the green filter layer, wherein the blue light leaked from the second blue light-emitting element to the first sub-pixel is converted into red light and green light by the first color conversion layer and then absorbed by the blue filter layer.
