Abstract

A reset assembly is applicable to a pallet carrier. The pallet carrier includes a base and a carrier pivotally mounted on the base. The reset assembly includes a base, a first magnetic element, and a second magnetic element. The base is configured to be disposed on the base. The first magnetic element is disposed on the base. The second magnetic element is configured to be disposed on the carrier. The position of the second magnetic element corresponds to the position of the first magnetic element. The first and second magnetic elements have the same polarity to exert a magnetic repulsive force on the carrier in a direction away from the first magnetic element.

Claims

1. A reset assembly for a tray support device, wherein the tray support device includes a base and a support member pivotally mounted on the base, the support member being pivotable relative to the base between a first position and a second position, the reset assembly comprising: a base disposed on the base; a first magnetic element disposed on the base; and a second magnetic element disposed on the support member, wherein the position of the second magnetic element corresponds to the position of the first magnetic element, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element having the same polarity to apply a magnetic repulsive force to the support member in a direction away from the first magnetic element, causing the support member to pivot toward the first position and reset back to the first position.

2. The reset component as described in claim 1, wherein: The base has a first receiving groove, and the first magnetic element is embedded in the first receiving groove; The carrier has a second receiving groove, and the second magnetic element is embedded in the second receiving groove.

3. The reset component as described in claim 2, wherein: The first receiving groove is recessed from one surface of the base, and one surface of the first magnetic element is flush with the surface of the base; and the second receiving groove is recessed from one surface of the carrier, and one surface of the second magnetic element is flush with the surface of the carrier.

4. The reset component as described in claim 2, wherein: The first receiving groove is recessed from one surface of the base, and one surface of the first magnetic element is lower than the surface of the base; and the second receiving groove is recessed from one surface of the carrier, and one surface of the second magnetic element is lower than the surface of the carrier.

5. The reset assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the surface of the base is inclined relative to one of the bottom surfaces of the base.

6. A pallet carrying device suitable for a pallet feeding module, wherein the pallet carrying device comprises: a base; a carrier pivotally mounted on the base and pivotable between a first position and a second position relative to the base, wherein the carrier is configured to carry a pallet in the first position; and at least one reset assembly, wherein each of the at least one reset assembly comprises: a first magnetic element disposed on the base; and a second magnetic element disposed on the carrier, wherein the position of the second magnetic element corresponds to the position of the first magnetic element, and the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element repel each other to apply a reset force to the carrier toward the first position.

7. The tray carrying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the base comprises: a body on which the first magnetic element is disposed; and at least one limiting block on the body and configured to limit the carrier in the second position.

8. The pallet carrying device as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the at least one limiting block includes an abutment surface against which the carrier abuts in the second position.

9. The pallet carrying device as described in claim 8, wherein the abutment surface is inclined relative to the body.

10. The pallet carrying device as claimed in claim 8, wherein when the carrier abuts against the contact surface, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are separated by a distance greater than 0.

11. The tray carrying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the carrier comprises: a coupling portion pivotally connected to the base via a pivot, and the coupling portion having a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to each other, the first side surface being opposite to the first magnetic element; and a carrying portion disposed on the second side surface of the coupling portion, wherein the carrying portion comprises: a carrying surface protruding from the second side surface; a push surface located below the carrying surface and configured to guide a tray assembly to push the carrier toward the second position; and a transition surface engaging between the carrying surface and the push surface.

12. The pallet carrying device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the guide surface is an inclined surface and extends downward from the transition surface to the joint.

13. The pallet carrying device as described in claim 11, wherein: When the carrier is in the first position, the carrier surface is substantially parallel to a horizontal plane; and when the carrier is in the second position, the guide surface is substantially perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

14. The pallet carrying device as described in claim 11, wherein: When the first side of the joint is perpendicular to the base, the center of gravity of one of the bearing members is biased toward the bearing; and when the angle between the first side of the joint and one of the base is less than 90 degrees, the center of gravity of the bearing member is biased toward the joint.

15. The pallet carrying device as claimed in claim 6 further includes a connecting assembly, wherein the connecting assembly includes: a first fixing member disposed on the carrying member; a second fixing member disposed on the base; and a connecting arm including a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is disposed on the first fixing member and the second end is disposed on the second fixing member.

16. The pallet carrying device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the connecting assembly further includes an adjusting assembly configured to adjust the first position of the carrying member, and the adjusting assembly includes: a screw sequentially locked into the second end of the connecting arm and the second fixing member; and a nut fitted onto the screw and abutting the second end, such that the second end is clamped between the nut and the second fixing member.

17. The tray carrying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein each of the at least one reset component further includes a base disposed on the seat body, and the first magnetic element is disposed on the base.

18. The pallet carrying device as described in claim 17, wherein: The base has a first receiving groove, and the first magnetic element is embedded in the first receiving groove; The carrier has a second receiving groove, and the second magnetic element is embedded in the second receiving groove.
