Abstract
Claims
1. A high-current floating connection structure, comprising: a plastic housing (110) having a first opening (O1) and a second opening (O2) opposite to the first opening (O1), wherein the first opening (O1) defines a floating space (A), and the plastic housing (110) has a fixed area (112) adjacent to the second opening (O2); A conductive elastic terminal (120) has a fixing portion (122) and a first main body portion (124) connected to the fixing portion (122), wherein the fixing portion (122) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) is used to abut against the fixing area (112) of the plastic housing (110) to secure the conductive elastic terminal (120) and the plastic housing (110), and the conductive elastic terminal (120) further has two opposing second main body portions (126), the first main body portion (124) is disposed on one side of the two second main body portions (126), and the first main body portion (124) and the second main body portion (126) are connected to a connecting segment (127) of the conductive elastic terminal (120); and a male pin (130) has a short side surface (131) and an adjacent to the short side surface (131). A long side (133) is inserted into the plastic housing (110) to contact the conductive elastic terminal (120), so that the male pin (130) moves along a first direction (D1) and / or a second direction (D2) perpendicular to the first direction (D1) via the floating space (A) of the plastic housing (110), wherein the conductive elastic terminal (120a) further has a third body portion (128a), the third body portion (128a) is disposed on one side of the first body portion (124a) and located between the two second body portions (126a), the third body portion (128a) is used to contact the long side (133) of the male pin (130) in the second direction (D2) so that the male pin (130) floats in the floating space (A) of the plastic housing (110).
2. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first direction (D1) and the second direction (D2) are both located on the same horizontal plane, and a portion of the conductive elastic terminal (120) is exposed from the first opening (O1) of the plastic housing (110), and the conductive elastic terminal (120) further has a solder end (121) for connecting the fixing part (122), and the solder end (121) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) extends to the outside of the second opening (O2) of the plastic housing (110).
3. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first main body portion (124) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) is disposed between the two second main body portions (126), and the two second main body portions (126) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) are used to clamp the short side (131) of the male pin (130) in the first direction (D1) so that the male pin (130) floats in the floating space (A) of the plastic housing (110).
4. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first body portion (124) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) is used to contact the long side (133) of the male pin (130) in the second direction (D2) so that the male pin (130) floats in the floating space (A) of the plastic housing (110).
5. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting segment (127) of the conductive elastic terminal (120) is vertically connected to the first main body (124) and the connecting segment (127) is laterally connected to the second main body (126).
6. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting segment (127a) of the conductive elastic terminal (120a) is vertically connected to the first main body (124a), the second main body (126a), and the third main body (128a).
7. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1 further comprises: a male housing (140) that contacts the male pin (130) and has a receiving space (B), wherein when the male housing (140) and the male pin (130) are inserted into the plastic housing (110) such that the male pin (130) contacts the conductive elastic terminal (120a), the second body portion (126a) and the third body portion (128a) of the conductive elastic terminal (120a) are located in the receiving space (B) of the male housing (140).
8. The high-current floating connection structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the male housing (140) has an extension (142) to form the receiving space (B), and when the male housing (140) and the male pin (130) are inserted into the plastic housing (110), the extension (142) of the male housing (140) is used to move in the floating space (A) of the plastic housing (110).
9. The high-current floating connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the male pin (130) floats in the floating space (A) along the first direction (D1) by a first distance (C1) and the male pin (130) floats in the floating space (A) along the second direction (D2) by a second distance (C2), the first distance (C1) and the second distance (C2) being between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm.
