Abstract

This disclosure provides a tilting baking trolley, comprising: a base, a baking rack, fasteners, a plurality of baking tray support assemblies, and a plurality of cooling tray support members. The baking rack is pivotally mounted on the base and can tilt relative to the base between a first position and a second position. The fasteners can be engaged with the baking rack to restrict its tilting relative to the base. Each baking tray support assembly is used to hold a baking tray containing baked goods. Each cooling tray support member is used to hold a cooling tray. When the baking rack is in the first position, each baked good is located on its respective baking tray. When the baking rack tilts from the first position to the second position, an external force is used to pull each cooling tray support member in the opposite direction to the baking rack, causing each baked good to separate from its respective baking tray and demold onto its respective cooling tray. This allows for quick demolding of baked goods from the baking tray to the cooling tray after baking, effectively improving demolding efficiency and safety.

Claims

1. A tilting baking trolley, comprising: a base having a bottom component and two upright components, the two upright components being spaced apart and positioned on either side of the bottom component, wherein, Each of the uprights has a first opening, and each first opening has a first bushing; a baking rack is pivotally mounted on the base, and the baking rack is rotatable relative to the base between a first position and a second position.
