Abstract

A method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock includes: preparing at least one badminton head module, wherein the badminton head module has at least one first assembly portion; preparing at least one support frame module, wherein the support frame module has at least one second assembly portion and a plurality of fixing holes; preparing a plurality of feathers, wherein each feather has a combination insert; and assembling the first assembly portion of the badminton head module into the second assembly portion of the support frame module, and correspondingly inserting and fixing the combination inserts of the plurality of feathers into the fixing holes of the support frame module.

Claims

1. A method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock, comprising: preparing at least one badminton head module, wherein the badminton head module has at least one first assembly portion; preparing at least one support frame module, wherein the support frame module has at least one second assembly portion and a plurality of fixing holes, and the support frame module includes a plurality of long spokes and a plurality of ring ribs; preparing a plurality of feathers, wherein each feather has a combination insert; and assembling the first assembly portion of the badminton head module into the second assembly portion of the support frame module, and correspondingly inserting and fixing the combination inserts of the plurality of feathers into the fixing holes of the support frame module.

The method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock according to claim 1, wherein the first assembly part of the shuttlecock head module is selected from a first spiral assembly part, and the second assembly part of the support frame module is selected from a second spiral assembly part, and the first spiral assembly part of the shuttlecock head module can be screwed onto the second spiral assembly part of the support frame module.

3. The method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock as described in claim 1, wherein the shuttlecock head module comprises at least one elastic core, one reinforced middle layer, and one protective covering.

4. The method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock as described in claim 1, wherein the feather is selected from a bird feather, a synthetic fiber feather, a composite fiber material feather, or any combination thereof.

5. The method for manufacturing a modular badminton shuttlecock according to claim 1, wherein the combination insert of the feather pieces has a pin element, a latch element, a T-shaped buckle element, or any combination thereof.

6. A method for assembling a modular badminton shuttlecock, comprising: providing at least one badminton head module, the badminton head module having at least one first assembly portion; providing at least one support frame module, the support frame module having at least one second assembly portion and a plurality of fixing holes, the support frame module including a plurality of long spokes and a plurality of ring ribs; assembling the first assembly portion of the badminton head module into the second assembly portion of the support frame module to form a preliminary assembly module; providing a plurality of feathers, each feather having an assembly insert; and correspondingly inserting and fixing the assembly inserts of the plurality of feathers into the fixing holes of the support frame module on the preliminary assembly module to form a modular badminton shuttlecock assembly.

A method for assembling a modular badminton shuttlecock, comprising: providing a plurality of feather pieces, each feather piece having a combination insert; providing at least one support frame module, the support frame module having at least one second assembly portion and a plurality of fixing holes, and the support frame module including a plurality of long spokes and a plurality of ring ribs; correspondingly inserting and fixing the combination inserts of the plurality of feather pieces into the fixing holes of the support frame module to form a preliminary assembly module; providing at least one shuttlecock head module, the shuttlecock head module having at least one first assembly portion; and assembling the first assembly portion of the shuttlecock head module onto the second assembly portion of the support frame module on the preliminary assembly module to form a modular badminton shuttlecock assembly.

8. The assembly method of the modular badminton shuttlecock as described in claim 6 or 7, wherein the shuttlecock head module can be used to replace another shuttlecock head module.

9. The assembly method of the modular badminton shuttlecock as described in claim 6 or 7, wherein the support frame module can be used to replace another support frame module.

10. The assembly method of the modular badminton shuttlecock as described in claim 6 or 7, wherein the feather is replaceable by another feather during use.
