Abstract

The lubricating oil supply device of the present invention includes an oil tank, an oil storage felt, and a lubricating felt. The oil tank has a receiving space, an oil supply port communicating with the receiving space, and a pressurizing part adjacent to the oil supply port. The oil storage felt and the lubricating felt are arranged overlapping each other within the receiving space of the oil tank. The lubricating felt has a lip, which passes through the oil supply port of the oil tank and protrudes outside the oil tank. The lip of the lubricating felt is compressed by the pressurizing part of the oil tank, and the compression amount of the lip is 5% to 40% of the original thickness of the lip of the lubricating felt. This achieves localized compression of the lubricating felt, enabling a stable oil supply.

Claims

1. A lubricating oil supply device, comprising: an oil tank having a receiving space, an oil supply port communicating with the receiving space, and a pressurizing part adjacent to the oil supply port; an oil storage felt disposed within the receiving space of the oil tank; and a lubricating felt disposed within the receiving space of the oil tank and stacked on top of the oil storage felt, the lubricating felt having a lip, the lip of the lubricating felt passing through the oil supply port of the oil tank and protruding outside the oil tank, and the lip of the lubricating felt being compressed by the pressurizing part of the oil tank, such that the compression amount of the lip is 5% to 40% of the original thickness of the lip of the lubricating felt.

2. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The compression of the lip is 10% to 30% of the original thickness of the lip of the lubricating felt.

3. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The oil tank has a tank body and a cover. The tank body has the accommodating space, the oil supply port and the pressurizing part. The cover is located on one side of the tank body and closes the accommodating space. The lubricating felt is located between the cover and the oil storage felt.

4. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The oil tank has a tank body and a cover. The tank body has the accommodating space and the oil supply port. The cover has the pressurizing part and is located on one side of the tank body and closes the accommodating space. The lubricating felt is located between the cover and the oil storage felt.

5. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The oil tank forms a pressure surface on each of the two opposite sides of the oil supply port. The pressure surface presses against the lip of the lubricating felt, and the distance between the pressure surfaces gradually decreases in the direction of the pressure.

6. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 5, wherein, The cone angle of each pressure surface is 5 to 10 degrees.

7. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The lubricating felt also has a groove adjacent to one side of the lip.

8. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The oil tank has a tank body and a cover disposed on the tank body, and the lubricating felt has a gap between itself and the cover body at a portion other than the lip.

9. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 1, wherein, The density of the lubricating felt is greater than the density of the oil storage felt.

10. The lubricating oil supply device as described in claim 9, wherein, The density of the oil-storing felt is between 0.2 g / cm3 and 0.3 g / cm3, and the density of the lubricating felt is between 0.5 g / cm3 and 0.7 g / cm3.
