Abstract

This invention provides an extracellular vesicle composition comprising plant extracellular vesicles and human extracellular vesicles, wherein the plant extracellular vesicles are derived from basil, calendula, ginger, and celery; and the human extracellular vesicles are derived from the human umbilical cord. This extracellular vesicle composition possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cell repair and tissue regeneration promoting effects.

Claims

1. A composition of extracellular vesicles, comprising: a plant extracellular vesicle; and a human extracellular vesicle; wherein the concentration of the plant extracellular vesicle to the human extracellular vesicle is in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:1000; wherein, The plant extracellular vesicles were obtained from basil, marigold, or a combination of ginger and celery; the human extracellular vesicles were obtained from human umbilical cord, and the concentration of human extracellular vesicles was 10⁹~10 p / well; when the plant extracellular vesicles were basil, the concentration was 10⁸~9 p / well; when the plant extracellular vesicles were marigold, the concentration was 10⁸~9 p / well; when the plant extracellular vesicles were ginger, the concentration was 10⁷~8 p / well; and when the plant extracellular vesicles were celery, the concentration was 10⁷~8 p / well.

2. The extracellular vesicle composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extracellular vesicles are plant-derived extracellular vesicles (PDEVs).

3. The extracellular vesicle composition as described in claim 1, wherein the human extracellular vesicle is a human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UCMSC) exosome.

4. Use of an extracellular vesicle composition as described in any one of claims 1 to 3 for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition having antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cell repair-promoting, and tissue regeneration-promoting properties.
