Abstract

This invention relates to a water-blocking film for a flexible electronic display element, comprising: a substrate having a coated surface; and at least one water-blocking unit disposed on the substrate, including an inorganic layer and an organic layer; the inorganic layer is deposited on the coated surface of the substrate and has an inorganic surface; the organic layer is disposed on the inorganic surface of the inorganic layer; wherein, when the substrate, the inorganic layer, and the organic layer are bent, the cracks in the inorganic layer and the cracks in the organic layer are interlaced in the bending direction; thereby improving the water and vapor resistance reliability of the flexible electronic display element.

Claims

1. A water-blocking film for a flexible electronic display element, comprising: a substrate having a coated surface; and at least one water-blocking unit disposed on the substrate, comprising an inorganic layer and an organic layer; the inorganic layer being deposited on the coated surface of the substrate and having an inorganic surface; the organic layer being disposed on the inorganic surface of the inorganic layer; wherein, When the substrate, the inorganic layer, and the organic layer are bent, the cracks in the inorganic layer and the cracks in the organic layer are intersected in the bending direction; wherein, the organic layer has an organic surface, and the water-blocking film of the flexible electronic display element further includes an inorganic barrier layer and a protective layer, the inorganic barrier layer is disposed on the organic surface, and the protective layer is disposed on the inorganic barrier layer; the protective layer is N-type parylene (Parylene-N) or F-type parylene (Parylene-F).
