Claims

1. A display device, comprising: A first light guide plate has a first surface on the display side, a first back surface opposite to the first surface, and a first prism disposed between the first surface and the first back surface and displaying a first pattern; The first light source section allows light to be incident on the first light guide plate; The second light guide plate, which is disposed near the first back side of the first light guide plate, has a second surface disposed near the first back side, a second back side opposite to the second surface, and a second prism disposed between the second surface and the second back side and displaying a second pattern, and has a lower transparency than the first light guide plate. And a second light source section, so that light is incident on the second light guide plate.

2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second pattern is formed by micro-processing to form the second prism and printing with transparent ink.

3. The display device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the thickness of the transparent ink layer is 30 μm or less.

4. The display device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising a rear display portion disposed on the rear side of the second light guide plate, wherein the rear display portion displays a third pattern when the first light source portion and the second light source portion are disconnected.

5. The display device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising a light-shielding sheet disposed between the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate.

6. The display device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the light shield has: a window portion disposed in the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate corresponding to the display area; and a light shield portion disposed in a manner surrounding the window portion.

7. The display device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the window is formed of a transparent sheet.

8. The display device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the window portion has fine irregularities formed on its surface.

9. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the light-shielding portion is formed by black printing.

10. The display device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first light guide plate has a first inclined surface at at least one end that is inclined relative to the first surface and the first back surface, and the first light source is disposed on the back surface of the first light guide plate and irradiates light toward the first inclined surface.

11. The display device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second light guide plate has a second inclined surface at at least one end that is inclined relative to the second surface and the second back surface, and the second light source is disposed on the back surface of the second light guide plate and illuminates light toward the second inclined surface.

12. The display device of claim 10, wherein the first inclined surface is disposed at a position where the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate do not overlap when viewed from a rear side opposite to the display side.

13. The display device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the second light source portion illuminates the second inclined surface from a position separate from the first light source portion.

14. The display device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the first pattern comprises text.

15. The display device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second pattern includes code information.
