Abstract

This invention discloses a camera module lifting and rotating structure and an electronic device having the same. The camera module lifting and rotating structure includes a camera module, a lifting and rotating cylinder, a guide cylinder, at least one elastic arm, and a drive assembly. The lifting and rotating cylinder has an opening on at least one side for exposing the camera module. The guide cylinder is coaxially sleeved on the lifting and rotating cylinder, and at least one circulating guide groove is formed on the peripheral wall of the guide cylinder. The movable end of the at least one elastic arm is slidably disposed within the circulating guide groove. The drive assembly is connected to the lifting and rotating cylinder to drive the lifting and rotating cylinder to rotate relative to the guide cylinder, while the movable end of the elastic arm moves along the circulating guide groove, enabling the lifting and rotating cylinder to switch between rising and falling relative to the guide cylinder.

Claims

1. A camera module lifting and rotating structure, comprising: One camera module; A lifting and rotating cylinder, wherein the peripheral wall of the lifting and rotating cylinder has an opening on at least one side for exposing the camera module; A guide cylinder is sleeved on the lifting and rotating cylinder, and at least one circulating guide groove is formed on the peripheral wall of the guide cylinder; at least one elastic arm has a fixed end and a movable end at its two ends, the fixed end of the at least one elastic arm is fixed to the lifting and rotating cylinder, and the movable end of the at least one elastic arm is slidably disposed in the circulating guide groove; and a drive assembly is connected to the lifting and rotating cylinder to drive the lifting and rotating cylinder to rotate relative to the guide cylinder, while the movable end of the at least one elastic arm moves along the at least one circulating guide groove, so that the lifting and rotating cylinder rises or falls relative to the guide cylinder.

2. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 1, wherein: The lifting and rotating cylinder has a closed end and an open end at its two axial ends, and the lower surface of the closed end of the lifting and rotating cylinder is provided with at least one vertically downward extending lower connecting post; the fixed end of the at least one elastic arm is fixed to the lower surface of the closed end of the lifting and rotating cylinder; the two ends of the guide cylinder are an open top end and an open bottom end, respectively; and the driving assembly includes a motor and a gear set, the gear set is driven by the motor and includes a main gear, the main gear is located at the open bottom end of the guide cylinder, the upper surface of the main gear is provided with at least one vertically upward extending upper connecting post, the at least one upper connecting post and the at least one lower connecting post are slidably sleeved, so that the rotational motion of the main gear is transmitted to the lifting and rotating cylinder through the sleeve structure formed by the at least one upper connecting post and the at least one lower connecting post, so as to drive the lifting and rotating cylinder to rotate relative to the guide cylinder.

3. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The movable end of at least one elastic arm is integrally formed and extends into at least one circulating guide groove, so that the movable end moves along the at least one circulating guide groove.

4. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The movable end of at least one elastic arm is provided with a pin, the pin of the movable end passes through the peripheral wall of the lifting rotating cylinder and is movably accommodated in the at least one circulating guide groove, so that the pin of the movable end moves along the at least one circulating guide groove.

5. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The at least one circulating guide groove includes: a starting and stopping groove section; an inclined rising groove section connected to the starting and stopping groove section, wherein the movable end of the at least one elastic arm moves along the inclined rising groove section to raise the lifting rotating cylinder relative to the guide cylinder; an upper horizontal adjustment groove section connected to the inclined rising groove section; and an inclined descending groove section connected between the upper horizontal adjustment groove section and the starting and stopping groove section, wherein the movable end of the at least one elastic arm moves along the inclined descending groove section to lower the lifting rotating cylinder relative to the guide cylinder.

6. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 5, wherein, The connection between the inclined rising groove section and the upper horizontal adjusting groove section has a first step difference.

7. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 6, wherein, The junction between the inclined descending groove section and the starting and ending groove sections has a second segment difference.

8. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 7, wherein, The angle between the upper horizontal adjustment groove and the inclined downward groove is 60-80 degrees, and the angle between the inclined upward groove and the start and stop groove is 120-140 degrees.

9. The camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in claim 6 or 7, wherein, The connection point is a one-way guide surface.

10. An electronic device comprising a camera module lifting and rotating structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a housing that houses the camera module lifting and rotating structure, the housing having a lifting receiving slot through which the lifting and rotating cylinder is raised to expose the camera module.
