Abstract

The job agency system includes: a job history recording method for recording job history information of a first job process, including work performed by an operator (operator work), into a memory; a work subdivision method for subdividing the first job process into two types of work, namely, worker work and work performed by a computer, based on the job history information of the first job process; a work extraction method for extracting a first work that can be executed by a computer from a plurality of worker work; a work replacement method for replacing at least a portion of the plurality of worker work contained in the first job process with a second work that can be executed by a computer to generate a second job process; and a work execution method for executing the second job process; and a worker replacement method for replacing a portion of the work contained in the second job process with a third work that can be executed by a computer and has a faster execution speed than the second work.

Claims

1. A job agency system, characterized by comprising: a job history recording means for recording job history information of a first job process, including work performed by an operator (hereinafter referred to as "operator work"), into a memory means; and a work subdivision means for subdividing the first job process into two types of work, namely, the aforementioned operator work and work performed by a computer, by referring to the job history information of the aforementioned first job process. The process extraction method is used to extract a first process that can be executed by a computer from a plurality of previous process operations; the process replacement method is used to replace at least a portion of the processes of the plurality of previous first processes contained in the previous first process with a second process that can be executed by a computer to generate a second process. The engineering execution method is to execute the second work process described above; the engineering replacement method described above is to replace a part of the engineering process contained in the second work process described above with the third engineering process when there is a third engineering process that can be executed by a computer and whose execution speed is faster than the second engineering process described above.

2. The job agent system described in request item 1, wherein, The preceding process extraction method and the preceding process replacement method include: a learning model that has been learned to take the preceding first process as input and output the preceding second process, or a process agent model belonging to generative AI; the preceding process subdivision method is to input the preceding first process into the preceding process agent model, and make the process agent model output the preceding second process.

3. As described in request item 1 or 2, wherein, The pre-recording work history recording method is to record the work history information, including the pre-recording worker's work process, into the pre-recording memory method based on the image information captured by the video recording method of the worker's work, when the terminal used by the pre-recording worker has an instruction to end the recording of the pre-recording work history.

4. A job delegation method, which is a job delegation method executed by a computer, characterized in that the aforementioned computer is capable of executing at least: a job history recording step, which records the job history information of a first job process, including the work performed by the operator (hereinafter referred to as "operator work"), into a memory means; and a work subdivision step, which, with reference to the job history information of the aforementioned first job process, subdivides the first job process into two types of work: the aforementioned operator work and the work performed by the computer. The process extraction step is to extract a first process that can be executed by a computer from a plurality of previous process processes; the process replacement step is to replace at least a portion of the processes of the plurality of previous first processes contained in the previous first process with a second process that can be executed by a computer to generate a second process. The process execution steps are the second work process described above; the process replacement step described above is, in the case that there is a third process that can be executed by a computer and whose execution speed is faster than the second process described above, to replace a part of the process included in the second work process described above with the third process.

5. The job delegation method described in request item 4, wherein, The pre-operation history recording step involves recording information about the first operation process, including the pre-operator's work, into a pre-operation memory device based on image information captured by a camera that captures the operator's work. This is done when the terminal used by the pre-operator indicates that the recording of the pre-operation history has ended.

6. A job agent program, characterized in that it enables a computer to function as: a job history recording means for recording job history information of a first job process, including work performed by an operator (hereinafter referred to as "operator work"), into a memory means; and a work subdivision means for subdividing the first job process into two types of work, namely, the aforementioned operator work and work performed by the computer, by referring to the job history information of the aforementioned first job process.

7. The job agent program as described in request item 6, wherein, The pre-recording work history recording method is to record the work history information, including the pre-recording worker's work process, into the pre-recording memory method based on the image information captured by the video recording method of the worker's work, when the terminal used by the pre-recording worker has an instruction to end the recording of the pre-recording work history.
