Abstract

This invention relates to a method for visually tracking the progress of a supply chain. The method includes: a client inputting order information to the production end through an order system; converting the order information into an order data graph through an order interface and transmitting the manufacturing process to the process system; scanning work order barcodes with an electronic device to generate electronic work orders; inputting work order information through a production interface and converting it into a production data graph; converting the work order information into an inventory data graph through an inventory interface; and outputting the order data graph, production data graph, and inventory data graph from a cloud server. This method presents various data information through charts, making the information visual and convenient for managers to view.

Claims

1. A method for visualizing supply chain progress tracking, comprising: a client inputting an order message to a production end through an order system; the order system processing the order message through an order interface, converting it into a visual order data graph, and obtaining at least one manufacturing process; the order system transmitting the manufacturing process to a process system for processing, the process system dividing the manufacturing process into an outsourced manufacturing process and an in-plant manufacturing process through a work order module; the work order module transmitting the outsourced manufacturing process and the in-plant manufacturing process to a barcode generation module, the barcode generation module generating a work order barcode; scanning the work order barcode with an electronic device to generate an electronic work report; scanning the barcode upon completion and inputting a work report message through a production interface of the electronic work report; the production interface processing the work report message and converting it into a visual production data graph. The work order information is transmitted to a work order server via the electronic device. The work order server processes the work order information through an inventory interface and converts it into a visualized inventory data chart. The inventory interface includes interfaces for parts inventory database, finished goods inventory database, accounting database, production history database, shipping database, production control database, quality control database, and receiving database, for inputting, modifying, deleting, and querying corresponding data. The inventory data chart includes one or any combination of pie chart, donut chart, line chart, graph, histogram, and radar chart. The order system, the process system, and the work order module are each connected to a cloud server. The cloud server aggregates and outputs the order data chart, the production data chart, and the inventory data chart.

2. As in request item 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The order interface includes interfaces for: order placement, outsourcing supplier's reply to accept the order, reply to place the order, order transfer, outsourcing supplier's reply to not accept the order, purchasing department's response to not place the order, work order transfer, and receiving database, for inputting, modifying, deleting, and querying the corresponding data.

3. As in request item 2, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The order creation interface allows the production end to select and accept the order, thus creating the order and converting it into an order data graph based on customer, product, and time. The outsourcing supplier's order acceptance interface allows the production end to place orders with different outsourcing suppliers producing different parts based on the product's composition after the order is created, awaiting their responses and converting the pending order quantities into an order data graph. The order acceptance interface allows the outsourcing supplier to accept the order from the production end, and converts the agreed-upon order quantity for that part into an order data graph. The order transfer interface allows the production end to transfer the outsourcing supplier's agreed-upon order for that part to... The quantity of formal orders placed by the purchasing department is converted into an order data chart. The interface for the outsourcing supplier to reply that they will not accept the order is used to convert the quantity of the outsourcing supplier's reply to the production end that they will refuse to accept the order into an order data chart. The interface for the purchasing department to reply that they will not place an order is used to convert the quantity of the outsourcing supplier's reply that they will not place an order into an order data chart. The interface for the work order transfer is used to convert the quantity of the outsourcing supplier's reply that they can place an order into a manufacturing process that can be predicted for production into an order data chart. The interface for the receiving database is used to allow the receiving department to count the quantity of the parts that are expected to be manufactured in the manufacturing process and convert it into an order data chart.

4. As in request item 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The order data chart includes one or any combination of the following: pie chart, donut chart, line chart, graph chart, histogram, and radar chart.

5. As in request item 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The production interface includes interfaces for: work order number, job name, operator, number of parts completed, process name, working hours, number of equipment malfunctions, number of defects, material name, and material quantity, for inputting, modifying, deleting, and querying the corresponding data.

6. As in request item 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The production data chart includes one or any combination of the following: pie chart, donut chart, line chart, graph, histogram, and radar chart.

7. As in Request 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The parts inventory database is established based on the work report information, including data on parts receiving, issuing, and inventory counting, and then converted into the inventory data chart. The finished goods inventory database is established based on the work report information, including data on finished goods receiving, issuing, and inventory counting, and then converted into the inventory data chart. The accounting database is established based on the work report information, including data on bookkeeping, and then converted into the inventory data chart. The production history database is established based on the work report information, including data on production process recording and filing, and then converted into the inventory data chart. The inventory data chart is generated from the shipment database, which is established based on the work report information, including the data on the sorting, packaging, and inventory of shipments. The production control database is established based on the work report information, including the data on the progress of production work. The quality control database is established based on the work report information, including the data on good and defective products. The receiving database is established based on the work report information, including the data on receiving and control.

8. As in request item 1, a method for visualizing and tracking the progress of the supply chain, wherein, The cloud server outputs the order data chart, the production data chart, and the inventory data chart into a management report or displays them on an electronic dashboard.
