Abstract

This invention relates to a floating fixed seat structure for a connector, comprising a fixed seat, an adapter seat, a guide sliding assembly, a backing washer, and a spring. The fixed seat has an accommodating space, and the adapter seat passes through this space. The guide sliding assembly is movably accommodated within the accommodating space and fitted onto the adapter seat. It includes a sliding element that can move left and right and a guide seat that can move up and down along the sliding element, allowing the adapter seat fitted onto the guide sliding assembly to move left, right, up, and down with it. The backing washer is fitted onto the adapter seat, and the spring is located between the guide sliding assembly and the backing washer, abutting against the backing washer. The backing washer rests against the adapter seat to eliminate the effect of spring preload. This achieves radial sliding adjustment, reduces the resistance between the sliding element and the adapter seat, improves the stability and flexibility of the connector connection, and solves problems such as difficulty in eccentric correction and failure due to excessive sliding resistance.

Claims

1. A floating fixing seat structure for a connector, comprising: a fixing seat having an accommodating space inside, and having an open end and a closed end respectively at its two ends, the accommodating space being located between the open end and the closed end, the closed end having a through hole, and the open end having an opening, the opening communicating with the through hole through the accommodating space; an adapter seat having a connecting section, a sleeve section, and a buffer section connecting the sleeve section and the connecting section, the sleeve section extending through the opening and the accommodating space and protruding out of the through hole, the buffer section being located in the accommodating space, and the connecting section being located outside the opening; a guide sliding assembly movably accommodated in the accommodating space of the fixing seat and sleeved on the buffer section, the guide sliding assembly... The device comprises: a sliding element slidably disposed within the accommodating space and having a sliding slot through which the buffer section passes, the sliding element having a sliding channel corresponding to the opening of the open end of the fixed base; a guide seat passing through the opening and slidably disposed within the sliding channel and fitted with the buffer section, allowing the adapter seat to move up and down along the sliding channel; an inner gasket fitted with the buffer section and accommodated within the accommodating space; a retaining gasket fitted with the buffer section and accommodated within the accommodating space, the retaining gasket being located between the guide sliding assembly and the closed end; and a spring fitted with the buffer section and accommodated within the accommodating space, the spring being located between the guide sliding assembly and the retaining gasket; wherein... By utilizing the inner gasket and the abutment gasket located on the adapter seat, the influence of the spring preload on the fixed seat is eliminated, allowing the adapter seat to slide radially.

2. The joint floating fixing seat structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding element is provided with an inner gasket sliding groove corresponding to the closed end of the fixing seat, and the inner gasket is slidably disposed in the inner gasket sliding groove.

3. The joint floating fixing seat structure as described in claim 1 further includes: a sliding washer sleeved on the sleeve segment.

4. The joint floating fixing seat structure as described in claim 3 further comprises: a fixing element sleeved on the sleeve section, and the sliding pad located between the fixing element and the closed end.

5. The joint floating fixing seat structure as described in claim 3 further includes: an elastic element sleeved on the sleeve section, the elastic element being located between the sliding pad and the closed end.

6. The joint floating mounting structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the abutment pad includes a protrusion extending through the through hole and the protrusion abuts against the sliding pad.

7. The connector floating mounting structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the open end of the mounting has a lower notch communicating with the opening and the receiving space, and the guide seat further includes: a guide block extending through the lower notch and protruding out of the mounting, the guide block having a guide hole corresponding to the insertion of a guide post, thereby guiding the movement of the adapter seat by inserting the guide post into the guide hole.

8. The joint floating fixing structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the buffer section includes an outer buffer section adjacent to the opening and an inner buffer section away from the opening, the inner gasket, the abutment gasket and the spring are disposed on the inner buffer section, the guide sliding assembly is disposed on the outer buffer section, and a gap is formed between the sliding element and the inner gasket.

9. The joint floating fixing structure as described in claim 8, wherein the outer diameter of the outer buffer section is larger than the outer diameter of the inner buffer section, so that a differential surface is formed between the outer buffer section and the inner buffer section, the differential surface being able to limit the inner gasket on the inner buffer section.

10. The joint floating fixing seat structure as claimed in claim 9, wherein a sliding surface is provided in the accommodating space of the fixing seat, the sliding element slides against the sliding surface, and the sliding surface and the step surface are not located on the same plane.
