Abstract

A method for manufacturing an optical lens device includes: preparing an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface; selectively preparing at least one nose pad main rod; performing a pretreatment operation on at least one predetermined surface area on the second rear surface of the optical lens substrate layer to obtain at least one pretreated surface area; aligning the nose pad main rod with the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer; and using a bonding operation to bond and fix the nose pad main rod to the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer, forming at least one fixed assembly layer between the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer and the nose pad main rod to form a fixed integrated nose pad main rod structure.

Claims

1. An optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column, comprising: an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface, the optical lens substrate layer being made of a first material and having a predetermined symmetrical profile shape; at least one pre-treated surface area obtained by performing a pre-treatment operation on at least one predetermined treated surface area selected on the second rear surface of the optical lens substrate layer; at least one nose pad main column being selected to be made of a second material and having a first combined end and a second combined end; and at least one fixing assembly layer, which aligns the nose pad main column with the pre-treated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer and fixes the nose pad main column to the pre-treated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer by a bonding operation, and the fixing assembly layer is formed between the pre-treated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer and the nose pad main column to form a fixed integrated nose pad main column structure, which uses an optical adhesive material, and the fixing assembly layer forms an optical adhesive layer.

2. An optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 1, wherein the optical lens substrate layer is provided with a lower periphery and forms a nose receiving portion, and the nose receiving portion is correspondingly disposed on the lower periphery.

3. An optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 2, wherein the nose receiving portion is selected from a nose receiving curved edge notch or a nose receiving convex curved surface.

4. An optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main rod as described in claim 2, wherein the nose pad main rod is correspondingly combined with at least one peripheral portion of the nose receiving portion.

5. An optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 1, wherein the fixed assembly layer is selected from a thermal fusion material layer, an ultrasonic fusion material layer, or any combination thereof.

6. A method for manufacturing an optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main post, comprising: preparing an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface, and having a predetermined symmetrical contour shape; selectively preparing at least one nose pad main post according to various requirements, the nose pad main post having a first combined end and a second combined end; performing a pretreatment operation on at least one predetermined processed surface area on the second rear surface of the optical lens substrate layer to obtain at least one pretreated surface area; aligning the nose pad main post with the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer; and using a bonding operation to bond and fix the nose pad main post to the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer, and forming at least one fixed bonding layer between the pretreated surface area of the optical lens substrate layer and the nose pad main post to form a fixed integrated nose pad main post structure, which uses an optical adhesive material, and the fixed bonding layer forms an optical adhesive layer.

7. A method for manufacturing an optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 6, wherein the optical lens substrate layer is provided with a lower periphery and forms a nose receiving portion, and the nose receiving portion is correspondingly disposed on the lower periphery.

8. A method for manufacturing an optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 7, wherein the nose receiving portion is selected from a nose receiving curved edge notch or a nose receiving convex curved surface.

9. A method for manufacturing an optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main rod as described in claim 7, wherein the nose pad main rod is correspondingly assembled to at least one peripheral portion of the nose receiving portion.

10. A method for manufacturing an optical lens device with an integrated nose pad main column as described in claim 6, wherein the fixed assembly layer is selected from a thermal fusion material layer, an ultrasonic fusion material layer, or any combination thereof.
