Abstract

A logistics facility capable of adaptively sorting goods includes: a warehouse facility, a plurality of sorting stations, a plurality of autonomous transport vehicles, and a server. The warehouse facility includes a sorting area and a moving area adjacent to the sorting area. The plurality of sorting stations are located in the sorting area and are divided into one or more goods departure stations and one or more goods destination stations. The plurality of autonomous transport vehicles move on the moving area and transport goods from the goods departure stations to the goods destination stations. The server is communicatively connected to the sorting robots and the autonomous transport vehicles. The server calculates and obtains an allocation result based on multiple logistics parameters, and each sorting station is assigned as either a goods departure station or a goods destination station according to the allocation result.

Claims

1. A logistics facility capable of adaptively sorting goods, comprising: A warehouse facility includes a floor and a plurality of areas defined on the floor, the areas including a sorting area and a moving area adjacent to the sorting area; a plurality of sorting stations are arranged in the sorting area, the plurality of sorting stations being divided into one or more goods departure stations and one or more goods destination stations, and each sorting station includes a sorting robot, the sorting robot of the sorting station belonging to the goods departure station removing one or more goods from an unsorted inventory box and placing them into a temporary storage box according to a first instruction, the sorting robot of the sorting station belonging to the goods destination station removing one or more goods from the temporary storage box and placing them into a shipping box according to a second instruction; a plurality of autonomous transport vehicles move on the moving area and transport the temporary storage box from the goods departure station to the goods destination station. The system includes a server communicatively connected to the sorting robot and the autonomous transport vehicle. The server calculates and obtains an allocation result based on multiple logistics parameters, including inbound / outbound data and capacity data. These logistics parameters are input into a configuration calculation model to perform a calculation that generates the allocation result. The goods departure station and the goods destination station have a first configuration. Each sorting station is assigned as the goods departure station or the goods destination station according to the allocation result, forming a second configuration. The first configuration is different from the second configuration.

2. The adaptive sorting logistics facility as described in claim 1, wherein the sorting robot is fixedly located in the sorting area, the sorting robot belonging to the goods departure station is configured to redistribute the goods from the inventory box to the temporary storage box according to an order, and the sorting robot belonging to the goods destination station is configured to redistribute the goods from the temporary storage box to the shipping box according to the order.

3. The adaptive sorting logistics facility as described in claim 1, wherein when a first capacity of the sorting station belonging to the origin of the goods is greater than a second capacity of the sorting station belonging to the destination of the goods, the server converts a portion of the origin of the goods to the destination of the goods, such that the first capacity and the second capacity have a minimum gap associated with the allocation result.

4. The adaptive sorting logistics facility as described in claim 1, wherein when a first capacity of the sorting station belonging to the originating station of the goods is less than a second capacity of the sorting station belonging to the destination station of the goods, a portion of the destination station is converted to the originating station of the goods, such that the first capacity and the second capacity have a minimum gap associated with the allocation result.

5. The logistics facility capable of adaptively sorting goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first configuration and the second configuration respectively include a quantity combination and a location combination of the goods departure station and the goods destination station.

6. The logistics facility capable of adaptively sorting goods as described in claim 5, wherein the quantity combination of the first configuration and the second configuration is different.

7. The logistics facility capable of adaptively sorting goods as described in claim 5, wherein the location combination of the first configuration and the second configuration is different.

8. The logistics facility for adaptive sorting of goods as claimed in claim 5, wherein each sorting station has an identifier reflecting a location of the sorting station, and the identifiers of each sorting station are different.

9. The logistics facility for adaptive sorting of goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one sorting station, after switching from the first configuration to the second configuration, switches from the goods departure station to the goods destination station or from the goods destination station to the goods departure station.

10. The logistics facility for adaptively sorting goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein the goods departure station and the goods destination station are configured in a first configuration for a first time period and in a second configuration for a second time period after the first time period.
