Abstract

The positioning support system of the stamping equipment of the present invention includes an oil supply device, a base, an ejector device, at least one buffer link, and a positioning device. The base includes at least one buffer cylinder and a positioning cylinder. The positioning cylinder is connected to the oil supply device. The ejector device includes an ejector plate and a hollow component connected to the ejector plate. At least one buffer link connects the at least one buffer cylinder and the ejector plate, so that the at least one buffer link moves the ejector plate to a highest position and a lowest position according to the pressure change within the at least one buffer cylinder. The positioning device includes a positioning piston and a limiting part. The positioning piston is disposed within the positioning cylinder. The limiting part is combined with the hollow component and allows the ejector device to move with cushioning within the limiting part's range. The height of the limiting part of the positioning device is adjusted according to the oil pressure change within the positioning cylinder, so that the ejector plate is positioned between the highest and lowest positions.

Claims

1. A positioning support system for a stamping machine, comprising: An oil supply device for storing and supplying oil; a base including at least one buffer cylinder, one positioning cylinder and two positioning oil pipes, the two positioning oil pipes connecting the positioning cylinder and the oil supply device to allow the oil in the oil supply device and the oil in the positioning cylinder to flow to each other; a top material device including a top material plate and a hollow component connected to the top material plate.
