Abstract

This invention relates to a sewer cleaning device, comprising a power trolley and a liquid storage trolley connected in series at the rear of the power trolley. The front end of the power trolley body is equipped with a push bucket, and the trolley body is powered by an internal power supply module. The control module receives external signals through a wireless transceiver module and controls the drive module to drive the power trolley to move. The liquid storage trolley can be filled with cleaning fluid and can spray the cleaning fluid from the outside of the trolley body through an internal pressurization module. The power trolley is remotely controlled to remove sludge, and the liquid storage trolley is used to clean the sewer. This can effectively and comprehensively clean the sewer, while significantly reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency, thereby reducing the difficulty of sewer cleaning operations.

Claims

1. A sewer cleaning device, comprising: a powered trolley, including a trolley body and a pusher disposed at the front end of the trolley body; the trolley body having a drive module, a wireless transceiver module, a control module, and a power supply module; the control module being electrically connected to the drive module and the wireless transceiver module; and the power supply module being able to provide sufficient operating power to the control module, the drive module, and the wireless transceiver module respectively; the control module being able to receive external signals through the wireless transceiver module and control the drive module to drive... The device includes a power trolley for moving; and a liquid storage trolley detachably connected to the rear of the trolley body of the power trolley. The liquid storage trolley includes a body and a pressurizing module. The body has an upward-facing storage tank for holding cleaning fluid. The pressurizing module is connected to the storage tank and electrically connected to the control module and the power supply module. The pressurizing module is controlled by the control module and can draw the cleaning fluid from the storage tank and spray the cleaning fluid outward from the body.

2. The sewer cleaning device as described in claim 1, wherein the trolley body of the power trolley includes an image module electrically connected to the control module, the image module including a camera lens and two lights, the camera lens and the two lights being disposed facing forward on the trolley body, and the two lights being disposed on both sides of the camera lens.

3. The sewer cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressurizing module includes a plurality of nozzles and a pressurizing pump, the plurality of nozzles being distributed on the vehicle body, the pressurizing pump being connected to a storage tank of the vehicle body and the plurality of nozzles, and being able to pressurize the cleaning fluid inside the storage tank and spray it outward from the plurality of nozzles toward the outside of the vehicle body.

4. The sewer cleaning device as described in claim 2, wherein the pressurizing module includes a plurality of nozzles and a pressurizing pump, the plurality of nozzles being distributed on the vehicle body, the pressurizing pump being connected to a storage tank of the vehicle body and the plurality of nozzles, and being able to pressurize the cleaning fluid inside the storage tank and spray it outward from the plurality of nozzles toward the outside of the vehicle body.

5. The sewer cleaning device as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sewer cleaning device comprises a plurality of the liquid storage trolleys, the plurality of liquid storage trolleys being sequentially connected in series behind the power trolley.
