Abstract

An electrical connection structure for a fan frame includes a fan frame, at least one flexible circuit board (FPCB), and at least one outer circuit board. The FPCB is encapsulated within the fan frame, with one end electrically connected to an inner circuit board inside the fan frame and the other end electrically connected to the outer circuit board outside the fan frame. The inner circuit board is electrically connected to the outer circuit board via the FPCB, thereby eliminating the assembly time and costs associated with wiring and individual soldering, and preventing the FPCB from falling off due to external force.

Claims

1. An electrical connection structure for a fan frame, comprising: A fan frame has an inner circuit board inside and an outer circuit board outside the fan frame. At least one flexible circuit board is overmolded in the fan frame. The flexible circuit board has a first connection portion electrically connected to the inner circuit board and a second connection portion electrically connected to the outer circuit board, so that the flexible circuit board is electrically connected to the inner circuit board and the outer circuit board.

2. The fan frame electrical connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the second connection portion is exposed on the fan frame surface of the fan frame body and electrically connected to the outer circuit board.

3. The fan frame electrical connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein at least one joint is formed on the fan frame, and the outer circuit board is positioned outside the fan frame by the joint.

4. The fan frame electrical connection structure as described in claim 2, wherein the outer circuit board has a first metal end on one side and a second metal end on the other side opposite to the first metal end, and the second connection portion is connected to the first metal end.

5. The fan frame electrical connection structure as described in claim 4, wherein the outer circuit board has a mating portion formed at the second metal end position, the mating portion protruding from the surface of the fan frame.

6. The fan frame electrical connection structure as described in claim 5, wherein the first metal end and the second metal end are metal conductors formed by stamping.
