Abstract

A series fan frame is provided to solve the problem of interference between the wires and fan blades in conventional series fans. The system includes: a first fan frame having a frame body with a first limiting region located between two adjacent connecting members; a second fan frame having a frame body with a second limiting region located between two adjacent connecting members; and a limiting component having a first stop and a second stop, the first stop extending laterally between the two connecting members in the first limiting region, and the second stop extending laterally between the two connecting members in the second limiting region. The invention also provides a series fan. This achieves the effect of smooth fan rotation.

Claims

1. A series-connected fan frame, comprising: a first fan frame having a frame body connected to a first base body by a plurality of connectors, the frame body having a first limiting region located between two adjacent connectors; a second fan frame having a frame body axially coupled to the frame body of the first fan frame, the frame body of the second fan frame being connected to a second base body by a plurality of connectors, the frame body of the second fan frame having a second limiting region located between two adjacent connectors of the second fan frame; and a limiting component having a first stop portion and a second stop portion, the first stop portion extending laterally between two connectors in the first limiting region, the second stop portion extending laterally between two connectors in the second limiting region, the first stop portion and the second stop portion being fully axially aligned.

2. As in request item 1, a series of sector frames, wherein, The first limiting area and the second limiting area are axially aligned.

3. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The first seat has a base plate, a ring wall is attached to the base plate, and the ring wall has a cable management opening that is radially located in the first limiting area.

4. As in request item 3, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The frame body of the first panel has a first ring frame and a second ring frame that are axially opposite each other. A side wall connects the first ring frame and the second ring frame. Several connectors are radially connected to the first base body by the first ring frame. The first ring frame has a wire groove that is radially located at the wire outlet.

5. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The second seat has a base plate, a ring wall attached to the base plate, and the ring wall has a cable management opening that is radially located in the second limiting area.

6. As in request item 5, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The frame body of the second fan frame has a first ring frame and a second ring frame that are axially opposite each other. A side wall connects the first ring frame and the second ring frame. Several connectors are radially connected to the second base body by the first ring frame. The first ring frame has a wire groove, which is radially located at the wire outlet.

7. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The first seat of the first sector frame is adjacent to the second seat of the second sector frame.

8. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The first stop portion has a connecting end connected to one of the connecting members, the first stop portion has a free end extending toward another adjacent connecting member, and the free end has a bent section extending axially toward the direction of the second fan frame.

9. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The second stop has a connecting end connected to one of the connectors, and the second stop has a free end extending toward another adjacent connector. The free end has a bent section extending axially toward the direction of the first sector frame.

10. As in request item 1, a series-connected sector frame, wherein, The first stop portion and the second stop portion have an axial distance between them, which is greater than or equal to the diameter of a conductor.

11. A series fan, comprising: a series fan frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10; two stator groups located on the first base and the second base, wherein the conductors of each stator group extend radially in the first limiting region and the second limiting region, and the first stop and the second stop respectively limit the conductors axially; and two fan wheels, wherein the two stator groups drive the two fan wheels to rotate.
