Abstract

An optimized system for a tablet processing machine mainly includes a central rectifier and an outer ring positioning plate, along with an outer ring guiding device, allowing tablets to be inspected and processed directly around the tablet arrangement mechanism. Simultaneously, a guide rail, coordinated with an air blowing device, is installed inside the discharge device to collect qualified or rejected tablets via airflow. A tablet guiding device is installed on the outer ring positioning plate using airflow to increase the yield of finished products. Furthermore, the outer ring positioning plate and the inner turntable are separately configured and driven separately by a first motor and a second motor, respectively. Therefore, the outer ring positioning plate can be replaced to produce various types of tablets as required.

Claims

1. An optimized system for a tablet processing machine, comprising at least: a feeding unit including a feeding hopper and a guide plate to guide tablets into a tablet arranging mechanism; the tablet arranging mechanism having a central rectifier, a first motor driving an inclined main shaft, and an inner turntable on the main shaft; an outer ring positioning plate on the outer side of the inner turntable, driven by a second motor, causing the inner turntable and the outer ring positioning plate to rotate at different speeds, and the inner turntable and the outer ring positioning plate having a receiving area at one end; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement on its periphery ...; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of placement holes for tablet placement; and the outer ring positioning plate having a plurality of The positioning plate and the inner turntable are set separately and are driven separately by the first motor and the second motor respectively; the pharmaceutical inspection mechanism group is arranged around the tablet arrangement mechanism; an outer ring guide device is a top cover set above the outer ring positioning plate by several brackets, the top cover has an inlet baffle on the side opposite to the outer ring positioning plate, and the inlet baffle of the top cover forms an inlet channel on the outer ring positioning plate; a discharge device is set in the inspection mechanism group around the tablet arrangement mechanism, and has a housing, and a guide rail is provided inside the housing. The optimized system of the tablet handling machine as described in claim 1, wherein the placement hole on the outer ring positioning plate of the tablet arrangement mechanism has a guide expansion groove at the upper end and a central through hole with a smaller diameter, the central through hole being connected to an air blowing device to form a tablet guiding device.

4. In the optimized system of the tablet processing machine as described in claim 1, the placement hole on the outer ring positioning plate is one of round, cylindrical, or polygonal shapes.

5. In the optimized system of the tablet handling machine as described in claim 1, the placement hole on the outer ring positioning plate is further provided with a bottom expansion groove and sealed with a transparent stop plate.

6. In the optimized system of the tablet processing machine as described in claim 1, the number of feed baffles provided on the upper cover of the outer ring guide device is greater than one, and all of them are arc-shaped to form a feed channel.

7. The optimized system of the tablet handling machine as described in claim 1, wherein the outer ring guide device is provided with a stop ring plate and a sensor at the end of the upper cover.

8. The optimized system for the tablet processing machine as described in claim 1, wherein the discharge device is provided in at least two parts.
