Abstract
Claims
1. A mouse device comprising: a mouse body having a button structure; and at least one press travel adjustment mechanism disposed within the mouse body corresponding to the button structure, the at least one press travel adjustment mechanism comprising: a base disposed corresponding to the button structure and having a stud, the stud extending in a screw-in direction to form a sheet-like structure; a circuit board disposed on the base to abut against the sheet-like structure, the circuit board having a switch opposite to the button structure; and an adjustment screw having a threaded portion and a nut portion, wherein as the threaded portion is screwed into the stud along the screw-in direction, the nut portion pushes the sheet-like structure outward to cause the circuit board to bend towards the button structure under force, thereby moving the switch towards the button structure; wherein... The button structure triggers the switch when pressed to perform a mouse input operation.
2. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flexible sheet structure includes at least two arc-shaped springs, the at least two arc-shaped springs being arranged radially and upright relative to the stud, and the nut portion interfering with and pushing the at least two arc-shaped springs outward respectively when the threaded portion is locked into the stud.
3. The mouse device as claimed in claim 2, wherein each arc-shaped spring forms an inner guide slope, and the nut portion interferes with and pushes the arc-shaped spring outward along the inner guide slope, so that the switch approaches or abuts the button structure.
4. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a slot is formed on one side of the mouse body, the support is disposed at a position corresponding to the slot, and the button structure protrudes from the slot and triggers the switch when pressed laterally.
5. The mouse device as claimed in claim 4, wherein one bottom surface of the mouse body forms a through hole at the position corresponding to the stud, and the bearing is disposed at the position corresponding to the through hole, such that a fixture can pass through the through hole to rotate the adjusting screw and lock it into the stud along the screw-in direction.
6. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the button structure includes a first button and a second button, the first button and the second button are arranged side by side on the top front end of one of the mouse bodies, and the at least one press travel adjustment mechanism is disposed in the mouse body at a position corresponding to at least one of the first button and the second button, such that the at least one of the first button and the second button triggers the switch when pressed down.
7. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the button structure is a scroll wheel button, a slot is formed on the top surface of one front end of the mouse body, the support is disposed at a position corresponding to the slot, the scroll wheel button protrudes from the slot and triggers the switch when pressed down.
8. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support is integrally formed extending inward from the mouse body.
9. The mouse device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the button structures has a pressing direction that is substantially perpendicular to the screw-in direction; and / or wherein the switch is a micro switch.
10. A press travel adjustment mechanism applicable to a button structure of a mouse device, the press travel adjustment mechanism comprising: a base disposed within the mouse device corresponding to the button structure and having a stud, the stud extending in a screw-in direction to form a plate-like structure; a circuit board disposed on the base to abut against the plate-like structure, the circuit board having a switch opposite to the button structure; and an adjustment screw having a threaded portion and a nut portion, wherein as the threaded portion is screwed into the stud along the screw-in direction, the nut portion pushes the plate-like structure outward to cause the circuit board to bend towards the button structure under force, thereby moving the switch towards the button structure; wherein... The button structure triggers the switch when pressed to perform an input operation.
