Abstract

A spherical prosthesis unit for variable density calibration includes a shell, a support member, and a container. The shell is hollow and spherical to accommodate a test medium. The shell has a hole penetrating through it, and a cover is provided to close the hole. The hole allows the test medium to enter and exit the shell. The support member is disposed inside the shell. The container is used to accommodate a radiation source. The container is disposed on the support member and is located at the center of the shell and surrounded by the test medium.

Claims

1. A spur unit for variable density spherical calibration, comprising: a housing in the form of a hollow sphere to accommodate a test medium, the housing having a hole penetrating the housing, a cover provided in the hole to close the hole, the hole providing access for the test medium into the housing; a support member disposed within the housing; and a container for accommodating a radiation source, the container being disposed in the support member, the container being located at the center of the housing and surrounded by the test medium.

2. The variable density spherical correction prosthesis unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer shell includes a hemispherical first shell and a hemispherical second shell, the edges of the first shell and the second shell being provided with concave and convex structures and detachably connected to each other.

3. The variable density spherical correction prosthesis unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the periphery of the cover and the corresponding part of the hole are provided with an annular concave-convex structure that can be detachably connected to each other, and the cover can rotate with the center of the hole as the center.

4. The spur unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support member includes: A first column having a first end and a second end parallel to an axis, the first end being detachably connected to the outer casing; and a second column having a third end and a fourth end parallel to an axis, the fourth end being detachably connected to the outer casing, the second column being coaxial with the first column, the third end being detachably connected to the second end, and the second end and / or the third end having a recess for accommodating the container.

5. The skeletal prosthesis unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first end and the outer shell, the fourth end and the outer shell, and the third end and the second end are detachably connected by threaded connections.

6. The spur unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first column has an annular flange near the periphery of the first end, the outer diameter of the flange being larger than the radial outer diameter of the first column.

7. The spur unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container comprises: A cylindrical container with a closed end and an open end opposite to each other along its axis, the open end being able to accommodate the radiation source; And a top cover, detachably disposed at the open end to enclose the source within the container.

8. The spurious unit for variable density spherical calibration as requested in item 1, wherein the test medium is one of air, plastic beads or steel balls.

9. The skeletal prosthesis unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer shell, the cover and the support are made of metal and the container is made of plastic.

10. The skeletal prosthesis unit for variable density spherical correction as claimed in claim 9, wherein the outer shell, the cover and the support are made of aluminum alloy and the container is made of nylon.
