Abstract
Claims
1. A liquid cooling system, comprising: a housing having a base plate and a side plate; a flow guide disposed on the base plate and including a water collection tank and a flow channel, the flow channel having a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water inlet end communicating with the water collection tank and the water outlet end extending through the side plate; a fan module disposed on the base plate; and an air guide plate extending from an upper edge of the fan module away from the base plate toward the side plate and bending toward the water collection tank; wherein the water collection tank is disposed between the side plate and the fan module, and the fan module is configured to generate airflow toward the water collection tank.
2. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing further includes a sidewall disposed on the base plate, and the flow channel extends along the sidewall.
3. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the air guide plate includes a notch located on one side of the air guide plate adjacent to the sidewall and opposite the water inlet end of the flow channel along the sidewall.
4. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water collection tank has a bottom surface away from the base plate, and the height of the bottom surface relative to the base plate is less than the height of the water inlet relative to the base plate.
5. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the water collection tank further includes a connecting surface between the bottom surface and the water inlet, and the height of the connecting surface relative to the base plate gradually increases from the bottom surface toward the water inlet.
6. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the flow guide includes a wall, the flow channel has a receiving surface that communicates with the bottom surface through the connecting surface, and the wall surrounds the bottom surface, the connecting surface, and the receiving surface.
7. The liquid cooling system as described in claim 5 further includes a water-absorbing pad disposed on the bottom surface of the water collection tank.
8. The liquid cooling system as described in claim 7 further includes a detection board disposed between the water collection tank and the absorbent pad.
9. The liquid cooling system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flow channel includes an outlet disposed at the outlet end, and the height of the outlet relative to the base plate gradually decreases along a direction away from the side plate.
