Claims

1. An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to HER2, comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises heavy chain CDR1 of amino acid sequence number 24, heavy chain CDR2 of amino acid sequence number 25, and heavy chain CDR3 of amino acid sequence number 26, and the light chain variable region comprises light chain CDR1 of amino acid sequence number 27, light chain CDR2 of amino acid sequence number 28, and light chain CDR3 of amino acid sequence number 29, and the antigen-binding fragment of the antibody is Fab or scFv (single-chain Fv).

2. The antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, as requested in item 1, is an scFv.

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising, as an active ingredient, an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof as claimed in claim 1 or 2.

4. The pharmaceutical composition described in claim 3 is used for the treatment of cancer.

5. A cancer treatment agent comprising, as claimed in claim 1 or 2, an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof as an active ingredient.

6. A nucleic acid molecule encoding an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof as claimed in claim 1 or 2.
